Very close to the airport and multiple low cost restaurants within walking distance. The owner of the hotel is wonderful and very accommodating and helpful with local information, scheduling taxis or whatever you need.

Being located near a main road, traffic noise can be a bit of a problem. It's not much of a concern, though since it usually quiets down after dark.

The hostess was so nice and helpful. She helped us with the transportation and was very kind. The price is great.

The door didn't lock well, but we managed to lock it through the window.

i did not realize this was someone's house. i thought i was going to a hotel. the neighborhood was sketchy and we were worried for the car. it was really small and a little claustrophobic feeling.

The host was very nice and caring! We came with two friends who havent booked a reservation and she was so kind to help us all with whatever we needed. Very helpful. The location was like 5 minutes from the airport. Looks better than the pictures.

A bit noisy during the day and no safe street parking. Had to walk 2 blocks to park car in secure lot.

Great proximity to airport, close to good food, host provided an airport shuttle ride at 4am cost $5. Overall great value and convenience.

Finding location from street

You won’t get closer to the airport. Suited our needs perfectly. Very friendly family. Very helpful with suggestions for dinner.

Good place to lay you head close to the airport and other useful facilities. The host was really helpful to me on my first day in Costa Rica. Directed me to nearby shops to change money and get a SIM card. Also booked a taxi for me to the bus station. Many Thanks!

This is a good spot right next to the airport (minutes away by car/taxi/uber). Very clean, picture is accurate, and the family running the location keeps the space extremely clean. Would recommend if you're looking to get your head down in your own private space and be right next to the airport.

The room shared a wall to the residence I had to get up at 4:30 AM to make my flight and they were up until about 11pm which is normal but I wish I had a no noise room….

proximity to the airport. we were able to walk there after returning our rental care and it was a five minute cab ride to airport next morning Although she spoke no English, The proprietor had Google Translator on her phone and was very helpful. She arranged a 4a.m. cab for us and was up the next morning to say goodbye! She also recommended a good little restaurant a block away.
