There is nothing we disliked about this property. For its category, it couldn't have been nicer. The owner and staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

This is a beautiful three-story small hotel embedded in the tiny winding lanes of ancient Toledo. The staff member who looked after the breakfast and services was amazing - friendly, helpful, and hard working. The hotel is kept in immaculate condition and features beautiful historic decorations. The views from the windows and terrazzo were lovely. I was attending a conference at the Palacio de congresos and it was a short 7 minute walk up the lanes to the Alcazar and then down to the conference.

Just the wifi. It didn't really work. Some days it worked on the second floor but mostly not. It usually worked if you sat in reception - but not when there were several guests trying to use it. I would suggest they invest a small amount in a Wifi upgrade and a booster.

Breakfast could be more varied

our hostess was lovely, helpful and so kind. Very thoughtful. A restored 15th century home oozing with charm and comfort. A fabulous breakfast set in the 14th century cellar. A little terrace at the top of the home overlooking the town and cathedral and setting sun. I felt so safe and at home here. I really appreciated being able to stay here

The internet connetion was good and the view from the bedroom was very beautiful. About the breakfast there weren´t many options, but still good.

The bed was a bit small and the shower had not a good pressure.

Eclectic and slightly, but tastefully, eccentricly decorated in a medieval setting. A very grown up environment.

First, the most important, the staff: Marina . She is super, lovely, helpful, pretty and made us feel at home. Then the building: a XV century house, extremely quiet, with an interior patio, lovely furniture, very well decorated; the room - only 7 rooms in the house - was adequate, super clean and the breakfast is served in a former water cistern, used in those times to collect and keep water. Fantastic. The location is excellent, in the "casco antigo", near the most important places to visit. We used the Indigo car parking, 1 minute walk from Almunia, with a 30% discount over the regular price. Nice. But we walked all the time. All in all, besides being an extremely nice,quiet and cozy place, it is a completely new experience. And again, Marina is the "heart" of the place.

Wifi coverage could be better. But was ok.

It’s a lovely property, well preserved and decorated, and a good option if you need to stay in the hotel during the stay since it providesaccess to living areas. It’s 2 steps from the alcazar but not accessible by car so pay attention for the luggage.

I booked the hotel when i saw the panoramic terrace picture as i fell in love with it. After a long day traveling, i was only dreaming of a drink on that terrace to chill out and relax. Upon arrival, the host told us that there is no service such as drink or so and directed us to another hotel claiming that this other hotel had the best terrace. He was completely wrong! The little balcony of almunia de san miguel has much better views but unfortunately you can only enjoy sitting there. The breakfast was very basic, even bad, all packed items nothing fresh or yummy. I feel that the place is a bit overpriced for what it really presents. P.s. the access is not easy with big luggage or stollers
