La déco, le personnel , la propreté……

El desayuno es muy variado, hay para todos los gustos, dulce, salado, fruta, bebidas frías y calientes, bebidas vegetales, yogures de proteínas,... Hay 3 turnos de desayuno, así no se firman colas para calentar la leche, sacar café o tostar el pan. El personal de recepción, de cafetería, de limpieza..., es muy atento y amable.

Las camas son de 80 cms. , pequeñas para adultos que sean un poco grandes. Y la entrada de la ducha de mi habitación era considerablemente estrecha, hay que entrar de lado y una persona con tripa o con un embarazo avanzado no entra. Y resbala mucho.

El desayuno bastante bien, el personal muy amable, el hostal en si discreto pero muy bien ubidcado.

Végtelenül hangulatos kialakítás. Kedves, készséges személyzet. Nyugodt helyen fekszik, de rövid sétával elérhető az óváros. Minden nap takarítanak. Reggeli helyben van. Bőséges, kontinentális. 9-10 Eurót fizetve taxival egyszerű és gyors a megközelítése a vasútállomástól. Pár lépésre a hoteltől az utca másik oldalán étterem, közelben üzletek.

Pretty rooms, great location and price.

The rooms were tiny.

Property was pretty but room I chose for four people was tiny. I had to book another room for two.

The view from the room was stunning. The value for money was on point and the staff very friendly.

The room would benefit from having more than one plug socket to charge phones. The wi-fi was terrible, no signal in the room.

Location

The room that was given to us, has nothing to do with the roms that are advertised. The negative review, is only because of this. You think you are buying something, but you are buying another. The hotel knows this, and still do nothing. Never again

The breakfast was amazing and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Older style property juts inside the main wall of the city, a little dated but clean and staff were very good. Bed and pillows good, shower small but good pressure, breakfast was ok. Our room had a little balcony which was lovely in the evening.

Fantastic location, next to the Puerta Bisagra, on the quiet side of old town. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Although the parking was a bit of a hike, that was expected given parking restrictions of old town Toledo. Appreciated that the parking was in a secure garage and that we could pay for it at the hotel. Beds were some of the most comfortable we've every slept on in a hotel. Room was large and fit our needs. Appreciated the fan/heater in the bathroom. Our room opened on to the roof terrace, which was fun, but only because nobody was using it due to the cold weather. Room was very quiet. Liked that the souvenir shops nearest us had the best prices and great selection.

We were in the attic so we couldn't stand up straight in most of the bathroom or bedroom without bumping our heads (but we got used to that quickly and managed fine). The shower door didn't fit very well so water soaked the bathmat and one of the outlets for charging phones didn't work, but these were minor inconveniences. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would stay there again.

We liked the location of the hotel and also the view that we have. We're so close of everything and the hotel is really clean and so well decorated. Great service and the receptionist was very friendly to us.

It's difficult to access to the hotel with suitcases. We had a lot of luggage and it was so heavy with the cobblestones but this is to be expected when visiting Toledo.
