Location in Södermalm was great. Unique, comfortable, great breakfast buffet, wine bar with charming outside courtyard was a lively place to gather in evening. The bathroom had heated tile floor, doubled headed shower with nice shampoo, conditioner and lotion, and lighted makeup mirror.

Parking was tight, but at least it was an option.

The bed. solo traveller. Got one of those split twin bed and both spring boxes were very squeaky with one side of the mattress pad exceptionally used. It felt like sleeping on a water bed. I slept on the other side. They did t have another room comparable room to switch me to. Would I stay here again? no, would try another place. It was good, not great.

Great hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff on reception.

The breakfast area was very crowded at the weekend. Maybe there’s a way to manage the flow of people better?

Lovely decor and the breakfast food was great. Comfy beds, good location.

At 7.30 am on Monday morning we were woken up by loud music from the hotel. It didn't stop and made it impossible to keep sleeping. When I mentioned this to the receptionist upon checkout, she said 'it's a special thing about the hotel, it's our vibe and maybe it's just not your vibe'. My vibe is sleeping peacefully when I have paid to sleep peacefully - pretty sure that's everyone's vibe. A fairly rude and not at all empathetic response by the staff. Upon exiting, we saw that their 'vibey' music was coming out of the speaker located right underneath our window. Surely, a known problem? This element of the experience made the stay frustrating, but the reaction of the staff - even more disappointing. P.S. Bathroom was tiny, you're showering with your face against the wall. But at least you can't hear the music there...

Cosy, stylish hotel. Exceptional breakfast, great location, loads of social space with really comfortable seating, nicely furnished room with excellent bathroom facilities. Staff were incredibly attentive. Unbelievable value for money.

Beds were nice and big but slightly hard.
