The breakfast was fantastic, everything was so clean, the staff were extremely friendly, the restaurant dinner was top notch, excellent location and comfortable beds!

Check out was quite early at 10 am. Also, the pool and sauna required a desk key to access and was a little out of the way.

When we checked in my partner was asked for a passport even though he had his Italian ID card with him, I was not asked for the passport and they accepted my Swiss ID card. We are not sure why he was asked for a passport and it leaves us thinking that it was a racist and discriminatory act since he has a muslim name. Second reason for the complaint is the fact that we couldn’t use the Sauna and one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the Spa, the hotel should have notified us in advance to give us the chance to cancel the booking, which they didnt. After all people go to Karlovy vary for wellness and spa so it is very surprising they did not inform us. We informed them but they didn’t seem to care let alone do a gesture at least

We loved it here. Small cozy hotel with an excellent staff and superb restaurant. Loved the massage and wellness area.

The room worth every penny. The location,the facilities and the room were more than perfect.

Only the current in the showers was weak, but this is an insignificant detail compared to the size of the room, the comfort, the staff and the excellent location (despite the location in the center, the room is quiet and pleasant)

The Hotel is perfectly located in the center of Downtown Karlovy Vary with many Restaurants, Bars and Shops around. We stayed 2 Nights there during our Ski-Trip in Klinovec. The Breakfast was nice with some Food Varieties. The room we booked was clean, tidy and quiet. It was also pretty nice to chill in the Swimming Pool and Sauna after Skiing all day. It definitely added to our Trip. But what I'm really grateful for is the ease of Communication with the Hotel Staff. I forgot my Necklace & realised when I was already no longer in Czech. I contacted the Hotel and they responded Immediately, found the Necklace and sent it to my per Post, so thanks again :).

Hotel's location is great. Very nice lady in the breafast bar area served us food.

-As a start we could not drive directly to the hotel, while the streets were blocked with retractiable barrier posts. We drove about 30 minutes around the city to try to get to the hotel. The welcoming e-mails telling us about the need to call the hotel upon arrival came 1 day after we were home already after the trip, which was not helpfull at all. -We couldn't use the pool or sauna the first day because it was rented out to some other group who was using the pool for their activities.

Location is great; room and bathroom were very comfortable, spacious, well equipped and clean (we booked the comfort double room).

One of the receptionist was very rude (he did not seem very used to talk with customers). Wellness area (sauna and swimming pool) pretty small and crowded.
