Frühstück war gut und das Personal freundlich.

Lage des Hotels ist nicht ansprechend. Das Hotel ist sehr dunkel. Die Ausstattung strahlt keinen Wohlfühlcharakter aus.

Very good allocation same the swimming pool was out of order ,sky bar was out of order ,the tv was not working for 3 days

No room service at all, not even for a cup of coffee if not something to eat

Restorant is not working and the breakfast is very poor and not fresh (scrambled eggs were from yesterday or day before), sky bar and lobby bar are not working as well.

The room smelled strong, like it has been closed for days, the AC was not working and it was so hot during the day, the gym is creepy underground

The room was spacious and it was nice to have a balcony. The Sky Bar had nice views of Vitosha mountain and the bar itself had very friendly staff. The breakfast, while very basic was handy for mornings when we wanted a small bite to eat before heading out. The man in charge of the breakfast was very friendly.

The room was dated and dull. The receptionist manager wasn’t that friendly and asking her for something felt like it was a big inconvenience to her. Ironing facilities were a half broken iron and no ironing board. There were no plugs beside the bed. We booked and paid for the deluxe double room with two single beds as a preference and we were given the standard double room. When we questioned this, we were told it was because we asked for two single beds and the deluxe room cannot facilitate this. We requested to be moved to a deluxe room as we paid for that room and would’ve rathered a double bed in the room we paid for than two single beds in a smaller, basic room. Guests shouldn’t be able to book the deluxe room with two single beds as a preference if the hotel can’t do that set up for guests. Misleading to say the least and it only causes problems and disappointment on arrival. The shower hose holder on the wall couldn’t hold up the hose so having a shower was awkward. Definitely needs updating there. Also, the safety deposit box didn’t work and at that stage, we didn’t bother query about it because the hotel receptionist manager didn’t seem approachable. The airconditioner on the cool setting only emitted warm air - so we just had to open the balcony door to cool the room. We tested it out while we were out and came back to a very hot room. The hotel has most of the expected facilities but lacks quality standards and needs updating. Definitely not a four star hotel. The photos make it out to be a lot cleaner and fresher than it actually is.

Location was ok ( not in Centre as we were looking for close place to Sofia Tech park ), good thing was the underground parking so the car was safe

as I hade booked 2 rooms they mixed the rooms, staff did not even know which room has what facilities, fridge was dirty, no drinking water left in the room, shower was leaking from all the sides, as we ask iron there was not, pillows were very un comfy.... breakfast from 10 to 1 I would rate 4.5. Staff was very unprofessional, clueless, not helpful, did not even bother to assist us to find some place to eat around as we arrived late...

Very bad & old bed, not comfortable at all.

The fact it had a balcony and free parking.

Room was dated, shower had poor pressure. The toilet flush button was loose. The air conditioning did not work, only blew out hot air. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. At the sky bar, there was broken glass on the balcony. And 7 leva for a bottle of Stela was extremly expensive. When I arrived, the road to the hotel is on a one way street which is exstreamly narrow. But I was not allowed to use the free parking until I hade checked in and paid. I was lucky my car was not towed

I choose it for the location, to suit my needs and that there was parking and breakfast

Hotel is far from 4 stars. Bed and mattresses old and used up. Fridge empty. Windows can’t be opened partially only in full. The room smells. The bedding was old and even put with the inside out. There was a used towel forgotten I. The room. The kettle was not working. There was no spoon to steer the coffee, if you manage to make one. The breakfast was acceptable but served on an underground level!

I didn;t liked everything: the smell, the dirty in the furniture, and the last thing was that, some handyman start to drill holes,in the morning,above the doors. People jus dont go here
