The room was massive and has a nice 'living room' area. The bed was very comfortable. The toilet is very clean and complete with toiletries and hairdryer. The hotel has a nice forest-like restaurant area which was very calming. Breakfast is good. It is a nice play for staycation.

The TV is outdated. Does not connect to the wifi/your phone. Only with USB or HMDI cord. There is no fridge in the room. Not a lot of food options within the hotel for lunch/dinner. But there are restaurants closeby.

Everything was nice. The room was good and clean.

Facilities were clean, room was spacious, secure parking, breakfast was good.

The room was extremely hot, almost like a sauna. I did read some reviews were this was noted, but couldn't believe that it would be so hot. So if you have difficulties sleeping in 28 degree temperature like me, then don't come here in the summer the heat will be an issue as others have mentioned. Other rather minor issue was that the wifi did not work in the hotel room area, in hotel lobby it worked fine. But conclusion was that the wifi does not work in entire hotel.

The rooms are good but ! See below my comments

1. There is no one take your bags .. you have to handle it with very bad stroller 2. The reception people is very rude and they accept only card ! They should respect people coming from abroad which they might not have credit cards .. same as me i had only cash 3. There is no cleaning service for the room and no changing of towels 4. Alot of noises from other rooms 5. No watter in the rooms 6. There is no English channels in the TV 7. Always the key for the door doesn't work 8. The location is far from everywhere It is a disastwr hotel for me and my family !

very nice hotel to spend time with family for a couple days. the breakfast was delicious and my daughters loved it. I would like to thank the front desk staff and specially the man Gerges he was so kind and helpful

Excellent breakfast, beautiful and unique lobby. Great view.

There was no changing area for men's clothes in the pool. The sauna was off. There were no slippers in the room. Parking was not free.

The interior garden was breathtaking, especially by night, when we arrived. The room was nice&clean and we had kettle in the room, as I have read other reviews that was missing.

The pool can get an upgrade as is not at the standard of this fantastic hotel, and the hotel should definitely offer pool sleepers and robes for customers.
