Super small, extremely dusty, shower blocked, so expensive for what it is. It should be a 20 eur per night hostel. I even got alergy and red spots all over my body after a night in that bed. We needed to leave straight away and pay another hotel even though they didn't refund anything.

The location was great for the liveliness of Reeperbahn, very close to S-bahn station. The staff were friendly. It had an elevator which was convenient.

The smell was awful and no matter how long we left the windows open - it did not go away. It is clearly a very damp bathroom / room and this needs addressed immediately. The furnishing was very basic - no tea or coffee, the only toiletries provided were very old individual sachets of men's shower gel. Not what I would expect at all with the price and found it very disappointing.

The Night shift receptionist, Peter, who was very rude and aggressive causing us trouble at every encounter he had.

Staff waited for my arrival even though I was arriving 1.5h late. The reception usually is unmanned after 8pm on weekdays.

The hotel was very nice. The location is super good -close to very nice cafes and bars. The hotel room, clean and very comfortable bed- very nice and big bathroom- overall an great room to stay. Highly recommended- I would definitely choose it at my next trip to Hamburg.

It has absolutely nothing but four walls, a soft bed and a shower. The interior sets you back to the early nineties, which I think is also the last time the remote control for the TV was wiped off. Yug. But apart from that, completely fine, and a very very soft bed - almost like an aero-gymnastics fall pit. The location is right around the corner from Sodoma and Gomora, and a quiet murmur of bass drum can be heard from the clubs on the parallel street Grosse Freiheit ("Great Freedom") behind the building. I actually like that for it's calming qualities. Like a summernight's thunder far in the distance.

Friendly staff, good price, good location near metro station and nightlife, bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc. around.

In my room it was very warm in summer, no fans/ventilators available. Thankfully there was fresh air at night so could open the window.
