1. الإنتظار في اللوبي لمدة ساعة لتسليم الغرفة. 2. تم حجز غرفة بقياس 25 متر وتم استلام غرفة بمساحة أقل من 12 متر. 3. الأثاث قديم جدا ومهترئ ومتسخ. 4. تم حجز غرفة بسرير كنج وتم استلام غرفة بسريرين فردية تم الصاقها ببعض ، والالحفة كانت فردية وكانت مخدات الرأس سيئة جداً ومتكتلة وغير مريحة. 5. جميع تجهيزات الغرفة كانت لا تعمل بالكفاءة اللازمة مثل التكييف والثلاجة وحتى تصريف مياه الشاور.

We initially encountered some issues with our room and were a bit dissatisfied at first. However, Mr. Nadeem Haider, the Guest Relations Officer, stepped in and completely turned our experience around, making our stay truly unforgettable. With his professional, friendly, and attentive manner, he quickly found the perfect solution to our concerns. Thanks to him, we were able to fully enjoy our stay at the Legacy Ottoman Hotel. His hospitality and attention to detail are truly remarkable, and he deserves special recognition for his excellent work. We are very grateful and highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere. A big thank you to the entire team, especially to Mr. Haider, who made our stay a true highlight!

What can I say Rooms, the view and facilities within the hotel was of a very good standard. The staff and in particular Mr Nadeem were always there to help the guests.

Al final del día querían cobrarme 35 euros por un licor que mi esposa no tomó, me llamaron para decirme que me tocaba pagar 35 euros cuando en la carta el licor costaba 14 euros

The location of this property is great!

Two separate beds pushed together but made up separately despite booking a double room. Arrived around 4pm and the room was not ready. Very inflated price for airport transfer. We were able to secure this service privately for half the price.

Disse alternativer udgøres desuden af hoteller med tilsvarende spa-områder.

best 2 thing during our stay were the roof top restaurant "Adele" amazing food but a bit at the high end. and the house keeping lady (Sabeeha) such a wonderful lady, always kept our rooms tidy and clean. also the SPA/turkish bath was ok but you can find better.

This was my 5th time I stay at Legacy Ottoman Hotel , but unfortunately this time was very disappointing! starting with every single time we had to go back to our room, we had to pass by reception to change the key as they always glitched (keeping in mind we had elderly people) and had to keep them waiting outside their room. moreover the hotel wasn't so quiet, even at 2am room service knocked the door of the adjacent room and woke us up. also there is a new rule during the day (after 9am) by the municipality, they don't allow all cars to access the street in front of the hotel so we had to walk for 5-7min to reach our car; not practical if you have old people with you. towel rack was loose and fell down. rooms overall require some maintenance. toilette seat was covered with paint all over maybe to cover how old it was. our mini bar fridge light stayed on and flickering all night had to cover it with a small bed sheet. (Verrrry annoying)

Rooms A/C was off and room was stuffy . We asked for it to be fixed but they said it was and same issue

Breakfast selection was very good and fresh. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Nadim and team were great and very accommodating. Location of hotel very good for tourists.

The lighting in the Atrium view room was very dim. Also curtains did not close fully so Atrium light was still visible late until it was turned off.

very central location, convenient if you want to walk around

very disappointing experience. please don’t chose for the spa facilities, the water pool is ice cold, the rest is not well maintained. Food in the hotel is simply bad, includes the restaurant in the evening (even smells bad on the floor) and breakfast. Don’t choose it for the roof view, the windows are quite small and the view is limited. Facilities are tired and outdated. Really barely 3 star hotel. in detail: Extremely noisy, the bedroom windows open into inside hall, which is very noisy at night with people arriving and staff talking. The bedroom bar doesn’t switch off and shines blue at night right into your bed. The curtains were too small to close the windows. The hotel’s breakfast was atrocious. there was a huge selection of very dry type bread, no pastries, no pancakes or waffles. for such a country no fresh juice, green (not ripen) fruits, no usual eggs or continental breakfast. only a Turkish choice of food. I had just a coffee from the whole breakfast. Instead went to a cafe a few minutes from the hotel and had a normal breakfast. Spa. not even worth mentioning…

الغـرف لا يتم تنظيفها بشكل جيد , السـرير غير مريـح , عامـلة النظافة سيئة في التعـامل , لايـوجد خصوصيـة داخل الغرفه يتم فتح الباب حتى وان كان مقفل ،اجراءات الخروج بطيئة جـداً

läget är otroligt, mitt i Både krydd och normala bazaren. Du har 2 otroligt fina moskéer nära dig. Stor del av personalen var väldigt hjälpsamma och trevliga.

kändes som en turistfälla, allt kostade väldigt mycket extra. frukosten låg på 20-25 euro per person. Du har flera frukost restauranter utanför hotellet som inte ens tar 10% för en god frukost. hotellet är definitivt inte ett 5 stjärna hotell utan mer som 3.

Everything about this hotel was very good. We will come again! The staff Sema and Dilara were very kind and helpful. Sema ordered coffee for us. Dilara was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Foods were delicious. We like staying here!

Very good location, very friendly and helpful staff, price for full board is very good, food was very good.

Door locker should be changed, since it was hard to close the door in the room. Shower should have an isolation at the bottom of the shower doors, so the water would not go to the bathroom.
