staff was super nice

the air conditioning hardly works, and it was in the 90s when we were there. if you are looking for AC and good wifi don’t come hear, not worth the money. great hot showers though and comfortable beds.

I wanted a reasonably priced and comfortable place to stay. This place was in the location I wanted and had some decent reviews already. the room was clean and comfortable, looking into a rear courtyard. I had a window I could open, which is a plus for me as I don’t like to use air conditioning. Reception staff professional and helpful

It wasn’t a luxury room but that wasn’t what I needed on that trip. I didn’t pay a luxury price either and this hotel suited my needs perfectly well.

Ideally located for people walking the Camino de Santiago.

The room was basically on the Camino so I picked it for that reason. It has also good ratings and is not very expensive. The receptionist was super nice and helpful. Tho Wi-Fi was great, room okay. I also enjoyed the breakfast.

It felt like the walls were made of paper. I could hear every sound from rooms around and had to use my earplugs to be able to fall asleep. That was really bad.

Hotel in a great location, with underground parking - which was very important to us. We were given a room with a balcony, facing the courtyard. A very polite and helpful young receptionist.

The staff were absolutely fantasic! Always friendly and very knowledgeable. The rooms were cleaned well too.

There was no soundproofing so I could hear people talking in the rooms next to me and once I heard someone else peeing!

It was ok, staf was friendly, we checked in before the official check in hour. The hotel is well located. It was good value for the money.

The location is great for travelers going along the Caminho. The laundry mat was close by, as well.

The beds were squeaky and very uncomfortable. Breakfast was a buffet, but the selection wasn’t great and there were multiple signs saying not to take food or drink out of the area—felt like taking water was forbidden by the sign.
