Great location, friendly staff and comfy sizeable rooms

Great location and very helpful staff, very cool lady who clean the rooms, special thanks to her. The room also has good climate control and a very comfortable bed.

Bathroom .. the door is made of glass, so it almost does not close and the audibility is 100%, there was black mold on the ceiling openings of the climate control.

Nice spacious room, very clean and helpful friendly staff. This was the best value hotel we found in Singapore, 12 min walk to nearest metro station (4 stops from the gardens) and 12 min walk to the riverside with nice cafes.

The shower head moved around when we used it, could do with being fixed in place. Can also hear the neighbouring rooms drainage. The rooftop is a restaurant so can only look at the view when it’s open.

Location was excellent. Room was a good size and we had room service everyday.

This is a 5 minute walk from Havelock MRT station. The staff were super friendly and super helpful

I booked 3 rooms for 7 travelers so for 1 room I had to request for an extra bed. The room itself is a bit small for 2 people, so the extra bed made it more constricted. The hotel could have compensated by charging a cheaper rate for the extra bed but the charge was exactly half the amount of a room.

Very comfortable bed and high quality bedding, spacious room, great shower.

Lacking international power points, especially between beds. Glass sliding door to shower/toilet area very hard to open/close Sliding door to cupboard would not stay shut and kept triggering an automatic light.

When I made my reservation on booking.com, it stated that the hotel accepts Singaporean dollars as a payment option. However, on checking in I was told that they only accept contactless payments. I proceeded to pay with my credit card and checked in. Half an hour later I received multiple emails from my bank showing charges on "Facebook " being made to my credit card that were not authorized by me. I can only suspect that my card was skimmed at the front desk since it was the first time I was using my card for the day. My bank subsequently cancelled my credit card leaving me with one less card for my trip. I expressed this inconvenience to the front desk only for them to be disinterested in my situation. A very big inconvenience for me so be careful with your cards at this hotel.

It's a very comfortable hotel, 20 minutes walk to Chinatown. The rooms are roomy and the beds are extremely comfortable! Staff is very helpful and friendly. There is a busstop in front of the hotel from where you can get in 5 minutes to Chinatown or a little longer to other parts of the city. A great way of transport and you can just check in and out with your credit card!

Everything was great, I would stay here again!
