The bed was comfortable. If good the property can tell me which brand of pillow they are using. =P

The hotel was very comfortable and the facilities were good. The best part was the attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed especially Santosh, Bai and Ravi in the restaurant.

The road noise at night was disappointing, but not the fault of the hotel.

The place is clean and well managed. Staff are super friendly and very helpful.

There are steps to climb from carpark to the room.

The staff were exceptionally attentive, (a special shout out to Ravi for being so friendly and kind). The reception rooms are very comfortable and the decor tasteful. The bedroom was spacious and had a small balcony area. The breakfast was made to order and staff kept offering us more drinks and food.

Our bedroom was by a busy road so could hear traffic at night.

Been here a few times so knew what to expect... Good location, still a quality property despite getting on a bit

I think they are slipping in some places... Staff while friendly and courteous is no longer top quality, no room service, food is OK not great... Not really in keeping with other YTL properties to be honest. They are probably still the best in CH but not because they beat everyone else but simply because there is no competition

The ambiance of the hotel is wonderful and great location for playing golf.

The food. The menu for vegetarians was poor, and the dish not good. The staff were excellent and tried to put things right but a few more vegetarian options would be good for people like myself.

Breakfast choices were great but living the afternoon tea so much. Wonderful, accommodating and friendly staffs particularly Hossain who was really helpful to us

Staffs were professional. They helped us to carry luggages from lobby to room. The room was cozy and big with balcony.

Can't enjoy spa(massage) as it's fully book during the peak season. Sparkling water(just water)in the room also has additional charge.
