Very nice place to stay. Family owned cozy place, makes you feel like home. Very well maintained hotel with good breakfast. Well located in quite and very beautiful forest.

it was not a 5 star hotel , Im very disappointed that Booking could rate it this way , we have bought 2 nights , we left after the first nigth , I have some photo I will send til trip advisor , my surgeon is that I get money back , all other guests was not happy

While the indoors and room were very clean, outside was a bit untidy. The towels could be replaced as well, as they are not very spongy

I think for Relaxtion is an excellent place, nice walks in the nature free hot drinks

1. Personal is very friendly, but their English and Deutsch is top limited. 2. WiFi is bad 3. parking is difficult 4. breakfast is very so-so, for dinner they are offering just pizza cooked in 10 min (means frozen from shop). 5. Sound isolation is top bad.

This hotel was recommended by our friends, as they were staying there in 2013, but the hotel has changed its owner since then. We arrived with a small child and were mildly shocked. The hotel looks completely different than in the photos. The room is not well heated and you can't adjust the temperature. It is barely cleaned, towels have never been changed and look over-used. Crib for a baby was without the mattress, and only when we notified owner we got some kind of a sheet that looked like an old blanket. The entrance hall has a constant unpleasant smell of the sewer. The breakfast/dining room is shared with the owner's family members (4 adults and 6 small kids). The breakfast dairy products (butter, cream cheese) were either leftover from the previous day or from their family breakfast. We decided to leave one-day earlier in favor of 120 EUR we lost because staying there was unbearable. We will never come back to this place and recommend you avoid it too.
