Great place to stay in Tokyo - good value for money, cool area with good transport links. Room was comfortable and clean, bathroom is small but that’s to be expected - all very clean and facilities were great. Aircon was really good. Would recommend and would stay again!

Check-in and check out was hassle free. They have reasonably priced breakfast. The cleaning rules could be a deal breaker but you make wash your sheets in the laundry as well. One of the cheapest options, but the location is vibrant until the evenings.
The shower area may be too small, but hey it's Japan, have an open mind and it wouldnt bother you at all.

Location was perfect. The hotel was not in a busy, crowded area but the train station, malls, supermarkets, and parks were all just a few minutes walk away.
The staff never bother you to clean your room. Cleaning was optional.
The front desk staff were very attentive and polite.
The small lobby sometimes gets crowded when big groups check in.

The stuff were friendly and the rooms were very nice and clean.
None that I can think of.

立地条件はとても良く、ロケーションもよかったです
バスルームのカーテンがシャワー中体にまとわりついていたので、洗いにくかった。カーテン設置位置をもう少し外に移動したほうが良いと思う。

This is our 2nd time to stay here and as usual, our experience is pleasant. The location is a quiet neighborhood, 5-minute walk to the JR Station and roughly 10-minute walk to the subway. There is also a mall near the hotel where you can buy groceries, souvenirs and good coffee. Take note though that it will take around 45 minutes to go to Shibuya.
The room size is perfect for our preference. The room is well kept and clean upon arrival. Although there is an option to have your room cleaned everyday, there is an extra pay for that. So maintaining the orderliness and cleanliness of the room is completely up to you. I also don't mind throwing our own rubbish since the bins are also clean.
The price is budget friendly and cheaper than other hotels within the area.
Overall, personally, the hotel is definitely a thumbs up.
Nothing.

It is in a very convenient location close to shops and the train station as well as being easy to travel to all parts of Tokyo.
The bed was very small for 2 people and was advertised as a twin bed

It´s very good value for money with a professional hotel staff. Breakfast is better than all options outside for the same average price. They speak good English at reception, and when needed a translator app is used with the same quality of service.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
They should have an electricity jack in the bathroom so we don´t need to use an extension cord for shaving machines, for example.

A decent sized room with a small bathroom. You get what you paid for, essentially. Still, the staff was very nice and helpful (and could speak decent English), and the services were good.
Cleaning and changing the sheets and towels cost extra, but only 500 Japanese yen

It was close to Kameido station so easy access to the rest of Tokyo. There were restaurants and cafes nearby as well as not far from Tenjin Shrine and other places to see
There was a giant step into the bathroom, as a wheelchair user who can’t stand that was a problem and no I didn’t know in advance, I had talked to the staff prior to booking and they said the room was accessible - I’m thinking there was a translation issue..

Really close to Kameido o’clock shopping Center. It has a Starbucks that open at 7am and closes 10pm. Also in the basement there’s thousands of options for food meals. We had amazing selection of a juice bar and pastores for breakfast
Close to Kameido station so was easy to reach the train services.
That housekeeping was not included in the price

The room was clean, and the mattress was comfortable. I was located on the upper floors and enjoyed a good view over parts of Kameido. The hotel is located about 5-10 minutes away from Kameido station by feet. From Kameido, you can easily reach Akihabara, which is a big transportation hub in Tokyo. The hotel provides the usual toiletries(at the entrance) and also enought coin operated washing machines which looked clean to me.
Next to the hotel is a convenient store, which is always a good thing!
There is not much to say besides that. It definitely met my expectations, and I had an overall good stay.
If you want to have additional fresh towels during your stay, you have to pay for them at the reception. This differs from my experience to other hotels across Japan, where you get fresh towels every day. However, it won't make you bankrupt - Just don't be surprised.

The location was great as it was 5-10 minutes away from the nearest JR station, and there is a shopping mall close by if you want to do some shopping. There are few conbinis around as well. Room was perfect for me as I was alone, not too small not big. Room was clean when I entered. There is coin laundry in the reception area, which is great. Overall it was a great stay.
The bed where a bit stiff, and pillow were a bit low even combining two pillows. But that could be me just me, as I prefer more pillows. I was still able to sleep properly.
3.5
For long stays they have removed the daily cleaning of the room, it can be added for like 4 euros per day which is ok.
3.5
The room was small but not unusually so for Japan, The location was close enough to the underground. very good value for the price but it all depends on what you are looking for.

I had a pleasant stay overall, the position is good with JR station, shopping mall and Lawson nearby and the room has almost anything you could need during a week stay. The staff is very kind and the check-in procedure is smooth. The room was a bit old (especially the bathroom) but comfortable for a solo traveller.
Since guests have to take care of their rubbish, I would have appreciated some extra bags inside the room. The air exchanger was noisy, so I had to switch it off while I was in the room. The microwave position is not very comfortable, it would be better to have it hanged over the sink, switching its position with the cupboard one.

This hotel is really good for long stay in Tokyo cos it has everything you need at a good price, compared to other facilities of the same level. the staff is friendly, the room is quite big and from Kameido Station you can reach many popular areas in few stops.
Nothing to say about.
3.5
Convenience store right next door. Amenities are available to take back to the room.
A lot smaller than I expected. Someone bigger than an average figure would suffer. Bathroom is like a spaceship. There’s no storage space. Need a table.
3.5
The price is fair that a long stay in Tokyo is doable. The free cooking-utensil rental is fantastic too.
I want to say special thanks to the staff. The hotel offers many amenities but the staff are responsible for managing a large portion of the tasks. They are always willing to help. Once I asked two front desk persons to help me make a special copy, and they came up with a way for me to get it done.
Among the staff members, I in particular want to thank Miss Miyamoto. She was very helpful and dealt with my requests with perfect communication in English.
The hotel can place a comfortable chair instead. The room is very small and the only way to stay in, if not asleep, is to sit on the hard chair. The hotel may improve guests' impression a lot just by changing a chair, I suggest.
