유리카모메 타고가면 바로 호텔 앞이라 좋았고 닛코랑 고민하다 레인보우 브릿지 뷰가 잘보일 것 같아 선택했는데 대만족이었음 ㅠㅠㅠ 야경 잊지모태~~~ 조식도 맛있었고 디즈니 까지 셔틀 운행해 주는거 완전👍 그리고 나리타 공항까지 가는 리무진 예약해서 타고갈 수 있음!!! 좀 뱅뱅 돌긴 하지만~

생각보다 연식이 되보였음. 어메니티도 음…ㅋㅋ 그리고 룸에 먼지가 좀 있었음. 공기청정기가 있었는데 돌리니 더 안좋아지는거 같아서 그냥 끄고 베란다 창문으로 환기시킴. 좋은 공기청정기로 바꿔주세요~ 가격도 비싼데 ㅠㅠㅋㅋ

酒店运营脑子有问题 整体接外面客人 大厅喝个咖啡都是优先外面客人 酒店客户一点不重视 吃早餐 还乱排位子 没有客户体验

酒店老旧 设备老化 地毯估计都是很多细菌

It was very great hotel, the view was amazing and the rooms were big, the staff were so friendly, there are three malls at the same area and a lot of restaurants and amusement places.

It may take some time to reach the center of Tokyo and Shibuya, despite of having a train station exactly under the hotel.

Breakfast is amazing. Really nice spa. Executive lounge is great. Location is great.

They sold us a 2 person room as a 4 person room, they literally put 2 extra beds in a room that barely fits 2, the chairs and coffee table had to be placed almost on top of each other to fit. For a 5 star hotel and price we paid, this was an insult. I had to waste a lot of time to get moved. They upgraded us to make it better, so we were ok after couple of days, but still...

Breakfast over crowded maybe when you are full you open up another restaurant to accommodate all the people

It was nice and very convenient as it was close to the train station! And the aqua city mall, and the park nearby to walk as well to enjoy the scenery

The location

Breakfast was mid - not many options for vegetarians. The expensive seasonal fruit plate on room service is the same fruit provided at breakfast which is not worth it at all. Spa and pool costs extra - but not like £5 extra, £15 extra which seems expensive providing the cost of the hotel itself. Wi-Fi is NOT free which is concerning providing this is supposed to be 5 star. The hallways are slightly outdated and would benefit from painting - specifically the doors to maintenance cupboards on 10th floor

Stayed only one night Loved our stay here good breakfast. Good may be couple stay our friends with kids we had to book another room

requested connection room but didn’t get it when we arrived. We are family 4 our kids had to stay separately which I didn’t like we found grand nikko with 4 beds inside so had to change our stay next day

It was perfect and they are very kind 

They don’t except my membership because I book through booking .com not book through them direct so they didn’t give me points for my membership .

Pool is charged in addition and expensive for a family

Not too many choice for veg people and there should have been atleast 1 Indian dish in the menu.

Rooms are decent size and very clean. Location is far from Tokyo central. Breakfast is elaborate and good value.

It was far from Tokyo central and hence we had to depend on Taxi and subways.

Beautiful looking entrance but the rooms a little dated. Not enough to spoil the stay though.

They bed was 2 twins zipped together to make a king. Not very comfortable, a nice luxe topper wouldve made it better

The location is great! just 2 min walk to the JR line where you can reach to everywhere. The room view is amazing, facing the Tokyo Bay! Very relaxing at night to walk along the beach. There are a Aqua mall within a few steps. Nice stay!

The breakfast was up to the Hilton standard, amazing as always. And the location is good to explore the local area with the monorail and two awesome malls nearby. And the view from the room made for a good sunset view. That's all you're paying for.

Seems like every guest only area is falling apart. (Whilst public areas, like entrance and dining areas give a false impression of a well maintained hotel) Very disappointed by the quality of the rooms - very worn, like they haven't been refreshed in 15 years. The furniture was in a sorry condition, the most obvious being the bed side table drawer that kept opening on its own, and stained carpets around the bins. (Sorry, didn't think to take photos.) We had issues with our bidet shooting dangerously hot water - seems to be a design or water pressure fault after they replaced the unit the first time, told them it was still an issue and said there was nothing they could do but keep changing the unit (Resolved the issue for ourselves by turning off the seat heating setting - hope they don't get sued for burning future guests...) I was surprised to have to pay additional to access the pool (7500 yen for 2 people, first visit for those with a room). The showers at the pool were also falling apart - the water spout head fell off when I turned the water on... The pool is only 1.2m deep, but the indoor and outdoor spas are nice. The saunas were way too hot for novices like ourselves. No pod coffee machine in our room. I won't be spending my holiday time and money at a Hilton anytime soon. Only worth half of what I paid for the location and breakfast.

Great location if you wish to relax in Tokyo, not very convenient if you are in Tokyo as a tourist, hotel is quite far from most locations.

There's a charge for everything basic facilities like wifi, swimming pool, etc thay want to charge for, not relevant in the current world. Had booked a super delux room based on pictures, which showed two twin queen beds, however when I checked the room was fixed with two single beds and two extra beds, wasnt as convenient as expected. If staying with more than 3pax in same room prefer booking two rooms than one.
