Clean and tidy properly with great location and nice seating and pool area on the roof

The breakfast was gratefull and complet. The room clean with all the facilities. The swimming pool the best. The location was pretty great.

The room was a little noisy so the night was difficult to get sleep

Lovely staff, nice breakfast, very clean riad.

It would be lovely to have a " Noise policy" at the Riad, as the guests with kids are very very noisy and they don't have respect for others who want to relax and sleep more.

Great variety of rooms, all very good room too. A fabulous location. The staff are exceptional.

Everything was amazing. The staff was super attentive and friendly. Traditional breakfast was delicious and plenty of food to keep us going for the whole day. Heated pool and jacuzzi to relax after a long day. Fantastic location, right in the middle of local shops and also within walking distance to tourist attractions like Jamaa el Fna square and Bahia Palace.

Great location at edge of the medina. Good breakfast served in rooftop restaurant. Enjoyed the hammam which was a relaxing experience here. Very comfortable bed. Lovely riad decor with lots on historic photos, craft works and a variety of seating areas. Staff were friendly and efficient.

EVERYTHING!! Location, food, staff, facility, unique rooms to the culture! Abdul, Yves, Moha, Gave us TOP 5 STAR service, super attentive and caring. This place deserves 10 plus Stars the value for this stay was EXCEPTIONAL. WILL come back again.

The location is perfect! Inside the Medina, but not so deep so you can easily go in and out with your luggage with no problem. The staff is really nice, but there is a guy called Yves who is amazing. He makes you feel home

I can't name anything I didn't like in the hotel

All the staff were excellent. Yves, Abdou, Benami, et al. The cleaning ladies were lovely, even though I don't speak Arabic. But some spoke French so we were able to communicate. I had a Hammam and massage with Dounia and it was exceptional. I didn't want it to end. She only spoke Arabic, but she said some words in English and French, which I thought was so lovely of her. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Marrakesh.

The first night was noisy, as I slept on the first floor and could hear all the movements, so I didn't sleep well. But then I was moved to another room on the 2nd floor, so I ended up staying 2 extra nights. The breakfast is heavily gluten-based, and I'm intolerant. But Yves was very helpful and made sure I had a suitable option on days 2 and 3. No gym, but everything else made up for that.
