The location is beautiful. It’s right on the waterfront with restaurants nearby. Bar Napoli is great for coffee and Nonna Tittina was wonderful for dinner. Owner Emmanuela helped us with a crisis when our car battery died; she had a jump start device that saved the day. She then went in the car with us to the parking garage which is a close walk to the hotel. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. We’re staying there again next week.

The room was very clean and we were in a very good area! The bathroom had many toiletries and was well stocked.

Everything was perfect.

The property is in the locations that we like on the sea front and near to pizza Kalo. There was no Drinking water in the room I asked and it was provided Isabelle very helpful.

The walls in the room were grubby, needed painted. The bathroom floor was also grubby and towels had seen better days. Although advertised as included breakfast it did not and there was no reduction. They say because of COVID but we have recently stayed in many places in Naples that have provided a lovely breakfast and coffee. WiFi was awful had to leave room door open to obtain any signal. Would I stay again absolutely not.

The location of the room is very good, the staf is good, too.

1. There was no beverage in the fridge 2. WiFi was not available 3. There is no breakfeast for the room. For me breakfeast means not a packeged cake and teecocker in the room! For this money there should be a right breakfeast with normal service.

Building is old but works good

I liked the cool airiness of the room. Despite being 3 of us it was large and easy to get around with a huge and very comfortable double bed ; the air conditioning worked well; there was a view and also a net to prevent insects and mosquitoes getting into the room. The bathroom was well equipped and modern, the breakfast very substantial, the coffee lovely and the two ladies who ran it were great too; extremely kind and helpful. No complaints whatsoever. We also liked the interesting artwork on the wall.

No complaints, and nothing we didn't like.
