Frühstück war ok, sehr voll und etwas chaotisch, mehr Nahrungsaufnahme als gemütliches Frühstück

Rent, bekväma sängar. God frukost. Fint läge i västra hamnen. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen

Har egentligen inget att klaga på förutom att det kunde varit fler kaffepåsar på rummet

Perfekt med parkering under hotellet. Härligt med närheten till havet och strandpromenaden. Trevlig personal.

Ventilationen på rummet fungerade inte bra. Oklart om den fungerade alls. För oss som tycker om att sova med öppet fönster borde det inte vara ett problem. MEN, fönstret vette mot entresidan och där var det fest och oljud fram till långt efter midnatt. Vid 2-tiden på natten började bilar eller motorcyklar race på gatan. Knappast något som hotellet kunde göra något åt men det gjorde det omöjligt att sova.

Alles was schoon

Alles is erg gedateerd en de bedden zakken erg door in het midden. Het ontbijt had een erg beperkte keuze.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind jetzt das zweite Mal hier gewesen und uns ist besonders wieder die Freundlichkeit des Personals während des Frühstücks ausgefallen. Hunde sind hier gern gesehen, und der Hundestrand ganz in der Nähe ist perfekt, um seinem Vierbeiner etwas etwas Bewegung zu verschaffen. Dort gibt es einen großen Bereich, in dem Hunde frei laufen dürfen.

Es hat uns alles gefallen.

Trevlig personal, speciellt vid frukosten

Frukostens utbud kan vara bättre. Mer och fräschare frukt och t ex gröt och våfflor

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal både i reception och vid frukosten. Tyst rum, vilket vi speciellt bad om. Modernt, stort rymligt rum med bekväm säng. Även badrummet var väl tilltaget. Ordentliga mörkläggningsgardiner. Några veganska alternativ vid frukosten. Där finns en del restauranger, caféer och en ICA-butik i närområdet. Jättefint område sommartid. Parkering under hotellet.

Varmt rum utan någon bra möjlighet att vädra/släppa in luft. Hotellet ligger lite avsides, men det går lokalbuss. Något dyr parkering, men generellt dyrt att parkera i området.

Perfect place the bus station was in front of the hotel, the rooms were very clean and cozy, the staff was very helpful, delicious breakfast. Definetely will visit again

Die Matratzen waren sehr weich....und das Parkhaus gehört leider nicht zum hotel und ist sehr teuer

Room was excellent - clean, quite big, with enough light. Breakfast had a wide variety of options - even vegan ones. Location is just perfect - less than 20 min from the central station and about 5 min from an awesome beach. Loved it! I even extended my stay for 1 more night :)

Everything was just perfect and exceeded my expectations!

Good staff, big lobby, excellent breakfast and the rooms were quite big and comfortable. I traveled with my dog and it was great! There is a nice welcome at the hotel with dog treats and water.

It´s not very close to the center town if you go walking, but in e-bike it´s just 6 minutes. The rest very good.

The location is ok.

The stuff at the reception (or at least the one working when we were there) could definitely improve the way to deal with clients. It could be a good idea for the stuff at the reception to take a course on how to communicate with customers and how to provide the right information. Parking: the parking is fully up to you and it is 200 SEK the full day if you park at the public parking located some hundreds meters away. The hotel has also a parking in the ground floor but no one at the check-in ever mention that and tells you that have to book in advance to be able to use it, otherwise will be close at some point in the evening. The room was not clean as you would expect, the small couch inside the room was full with probably fur. We could not sleep the all night due to constant noise made by people in the corridors, standing in front of the hotel and going constantly out and in from the hotel (at least until 4:30 am). Some people were loudly talking in front and in the hall of the hotel the all night. Sone others were outside of their room and from time to time going around the corridors making incredible high noise (laughing, screaming). I would expect that the hotel has some personal making sure that the customers can have a pleasant stay also during the night and be able to sleep without interruptions. If you bring your pet with you, it costs 200 sek for a night. This is far higher than any other hotels. Breakfast is nothing special, incredibly overcrowded with people jumping on each other to get some food.

location was good, breakfast and service was excellent.

room was a little basic and with too much furniture - chairs were bulky and in the way. blue day curtains were a little disturbing. overal room design should pay more attention to the functions and comfort rather than funky colors - for example - 2 guests need 2 power outlets for charging phone not one, beds should be full size single 90cm not undersized. etc. my comments are design related as i'm an architect with 25 years experience in hotel and luxury residential design.

Location was a bit on the fringes. My mistake only - I had thought it was pretty close to train station. We got in a little late and most restaurants were closing but front desk lent us two bikes for free so we could rush into town and try to get to the last restaurants still open. made it. after dinner a lovely meandering midnight ride back to the hotel through malmo w many detours to artworks landmarks and no traffic and a bright moon - so just perfect. very big thanks to staff for letting us use the bikes last minute and helping us call a restaurant/bar to make sure their kitchen was still open.

The location was great- out of the way of the main part of town but close enough to walk there and back.

Great location, next to bus station, few minutes walk from the sea. Breakfast was great, staff polite and helpful. Room spacious and clean. Thank you, definitely I will be back!

Nice 4 star hotel in up and coming area near de waterfront. Bust stop in front takes you to center in 5 minutes (20 min walk). You can see the bridge between the buildings from higher floors. Close to the turning torso and huge supermarket. Spacious room with sea view. Good breakfast. Great staff at check-in and check-out.

Breakfast area looked like a canteen and could be better. Not quite the Radisson-standard.
