Perfect location nearby the city center. Very nice breakfast. The staff was very helpful.

Very annoying noise on the lower floors during the night. Very soft bed.

I did not expected that breakfast was between 6-9. My suggestion is to change - 6 (7) to 10.30.

The time of breakfast and we had to ask to check the bedroom - if it had toalete paper, the towels …

The location is perfect for us to visit our daughter and her family as they live nearby. The staff are always pleasant and the breakfast (subject to what I say below) is excellent.

I've visited the property several times before. This time, it didn't seem as well resourced as it has before. A few examples. There was a spillage in one of the lifts leaving a sticky patch on the floor. That took over two days to disappear. The toilet paper was the thinnest, lowest quality product I have encountered anywhere. One morning the breakfast buffet ran out of croissants (admittedly on a day when we were a bit late for breakfast and the room was busy, but even so...) Another morning there was no butter. The butter trays had been filled with margarine. When my wife asked if there would be any butter available she was assured that the margarine was butter. She knows the difference.

Good breakfast. We also completed our stay with a dog. We were satisfied with the friendly approach of the hotel and staff. A small treat was prepared for the dog in the room :-)

...nothing ;-), we were only surprised by the higher price for dog accommodation and parking, but in the Nordic countries this price is +/- standard.

Good location, good breakfast (incl. vegan options), fair price even over the holidays. Triangel station is a 5 minute walk. A bus station incl. regional busses is directly in front of the hotel. They also have a gym. They only clean the room on request, which is a sustainability concept to save some resources. However, if you want your room cleaned every day, they make it happen. I find this a good concept to cater the different needs of the guests.

Breakfast on January 1st was very disappointing (and mostly empty). I understand it might be difficult to get enough staff that day, but then it is your responsibility to not book beyond capacity.

No slippers for the bathroom. Breakfast hall was crowded and a lot of food was missing, not really a 4* hotel meal experience.

The hotel is located not far away from the central railway station, main sites and a shopping centre. The breakfasts were really good, many options to choose.

My room no. 1015 on the 10th floor did not have a closet, just few hooks for outwear and 2 hangers on a really thin rail attached to the wall. Thus, it you are staying for a longer period, you would not be able to hang many of your clothes. In addition to that, for some reason window in this room did not have a handle and could not be closed without it. At the same time, the room is overlooking a busy street, meaning that it is quire noisy with open window, and AC cannot heat the room in such situation as well (when I stayed it was around 14 C during the night). After addressing this issue to reception, I received a handle and closed the window.
