There is nothing to like about Hotel Zollhof. The facility is a huge mess.The bathroom was sooo bad that the shower door was falling off and not closing properly. The socket to recharge my phones,, tablet and Computer was not only broken, but was ripped out of the wall. I book the hotel because I wanted to give my husband a treat and it was a huge disappointment. Talking about the price, it was a rip off considering the poor standard the facility has. I think the Quality control organization in Hamburg should really look into that hotel because for Quality, that is the hight of RUBBISH. I mean for 115 euros even in Hamburg, is too much money to pay and not to have atleast a nice working decent room. I will not recommend this place because its a mess.

It was dirty too old furniture and the room was smelling badly, the bathroom equipments were broken, and worst one of their employee jumped into our apartment without knocking door, very rude and unprofessional action.

Elevator did not work. Staff not available at the reception. Wifi did not work. No breakfast service. Room not well equipped.

The balcony was dangerous for the kids, inside the room the meubels were broken, a big broken glas table very dangerous for the kids. The tap was blocked. And more The tv was not working

nothing, the room next to us were like all young boys with alot of shouting and voices we could hear it like they are the same room as of us.

I booked double room for a night but they gave me single room.And the lift don’t work after 10 pm , they saw that I have kid with me with stroller even though they gave me room in 4th floor and didn’t inform us that the lift will not work after 10 pm. so we went outside and came back in hotel around 10:30 pm. so without the lift we had to carry stroller to the 4th floor. And the picture of the property looks completely different then real.

A very bad experience I must say the room is not clean and the bath room is not clean too

I wish i never go there. No Internet in the room They only change my bed once and I also went and called them for six nights everything in the hotel is very poor
