Clean and tidy room. Furniture was good quality and modern, the bathroom was designed very well with modern building and finishing the walk in shower was huge, loved it. Heating system was always reliable. I didn't feel at any point that it was tacky or old everything was modern.

I was solo wanted a double bed but they only do 2 single beds stuck together which in most hotels is fine as the 2 mattresses are touching but not here. Each bed frame is touching the other one so there's a gap of wood going through the middle and made it really uncomfortable to move about as I would fall in the gap and hurt myself. They came to my call and put some foam insert to cover it which was better but still not great.Also they gave me 2 single duvets with this! What about a big one for one person? Very annoying! Spoke to reception but that is how it is in every room of the hotel. Breakfast was free but was extremely basic a bit of toast some eggs and veggies a bit of cheese you might get a croissant but not most days. It was a nice dining area though very comfortable and good quality. But seriously please sort these things out because no other hotel does that I mean at least have a double duvet. I gave it a 6 but if they sort the bed and duvet situation it would be 7 or 8
