Location is fab with brilliant swimming pool and sunbathing areas

The food here is a massive let down, we ate out 3 nights of the four we stayed.

The calm

First horrible is the personnel, agressive, not friendly. Second, the food, it would be better in a cheap cantina from a poor school. Third the room, no equipment, no service, cheap bed… and of course the « all inclusive » expensive which includes almost nothing at specific time and specific place.

La piscine

Salle de bain très vétuste, douche rouillée, joints des douches totalement abîmé, taches sur les murs , la nourriture n’est pas bonne, les produits ne sont pas du tout de qualité , ma femme a été malade…

Locatie was rustig, dat vond ik persoonlijk iets minder. Maar het hotel, de kamer en faciliteiten waren top.

Gym is verouderd, mogen ze wel iets aan doen

I have nothing good to say,we had a bad experience at this property..the pictures look nice, the pools are nice.. if we would’ve gotten the room we paid for then it would’ve been okay, but then put us in a tiny, tiny room (not at all what I paid for)..the food was terrible..tasteless food, like being given scraps.

We were given a tiny room (not what I paid for which was a semi-seafront view) and that it was an upgrade because it was sea front…because the front desk person “Beatrice” said they didn’t have rooms left and that all rooms are the same square footage but that the room that I booked just had an open concept with the bathroom being open so there’s no privacy so I said, okay, I would want a more private bathroom because I was with my Mom but on our 3rd night, I happened to look at a room that was getting cleaned and the shower and toilet had doors so they were private and it was bigger, so I complained to the front desk/manager who did say that the room I booked was in fact bigger, and ended up transferring to a bigger room but not semi-seafront view but with the pool view.. she said, the room you would’ve gotten is really noisy because it’s right above the restaurant where they have singing/show every night, but that we should’ve been given the room and let us decide if it was too noisy, not decide for us! Also the food was terrible, breakfast, lunch and dinner, just mediocre food…we did have a great view for 2 nights..
