Air Conditioner would help as the hot and humid days are hard to deal with in Ibiza. That being said I was totally aware the apartment didn't have one so it was no surprise, I just think it would be a great add-on to it.

Apartment is comfortable with everything you need. Best thing is the terrace with an amazing view of the sea. Sleeping to the sound of the waves was priceless.

Main shortcoming is the loud music coming from one of the venue nearby.

Everything was perfect

Location was great! Very good value for money. The service is unbeatable and the area is full of bars and hotels, the beach is great. There is a rocky area right in front of the apartments and about 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach.

Air conditioning is needed. It is true that there are standing fans and ceiling fans, but on hot nights it may not be enough. The kitchen is humble but enough to cook basic things. The fridge is tiny.

top floor(3rd) no lift, no air con and only patio doors for ventilation. no side windows and the sun and going through the roof it was unbearable. and carrying heavy cases to any floor was no good for any age group

Perfect location - fantastic view on a sunrize and wave sound! everything is nearby: beach, ferry to Ibiza and Formentera, water activities, spa, lounge, supermarket, pharmacy, taxi and bus stop, restaurants and shops. even the tennis court:) Hippy market just 8 minutes walk:) Very clean room, amazing and proff owners, who are always ready to help and give an advice about local specialities. Super service!

The wonderful view and the caring, friendly staff.

Nothing. It was lovely, and perfect for us. It would have been great to have had a coffee maker of some sort but we went out for breakfast.

We absolutely loved the view from our apartment (studio with an exclusive sea view on the 2nd floor). You get to see it through every window (even in the bathroom!) Comfortably furnished, kitchen well equipped (though I missed a coffee machine), comfortable beds, friendly owners, and located off-ish from the main busy street it’s rather quiet as well. Great thing is that you get to wake up and fall asleep with the sound of the sea.

The ceiling fan (there’s no air conditioning) works only with the central light on which makes it impossible to use during the night :( It didn’t bother us that much as we kept all of the studio windows open to get the breeze in but during the hottest months I would definitely ask for a spare standing fan to help circulate the air through the night. What I really missed was a coffee machine to enjoy my morning cup at the balcony.

The sea view room! Watching the sunrise was magical. Location is a good distance from the busy night life which gave a good night sleep, every night. The owners, Kate and Richard, were the perfect hosts. The cleanliness was impeccable. Excellent location for shops and restaurants, serving delicious food. This place comes highly recommended.

Everything is just perfect here! Super clean, very well equipped, comfortable beds! The hosts are extremely friendly, cant do enough to please you. Apartments in a fabulous location with a great view, and if you can stretch your budget to a sea facing apartment, you'll be blown away by the views. Our 2nd stay at Zodiac, will 100% be returning

Give me a minute to think... Err, nothing! Absolutely nothing to dislike here...nope...nothing!

Fantastic clean apartment, the kitchen was so well equipped as was the rest of the apartment. Kate and Richard were very friendly and full of local information. There was even a welcoming bottle of wine, a really nice touch.

Kate and Richard are wonderful hosts, they even got me a yoga mat to use during my stay which was going above and beyond in my opinion!

Rooms are a bit dated with the decor

Out by 10am flight time 20.00hrs could do with a spare room to leave cases and shower must be difficult with a family in high season

Fantastic location right on the seafront with spectacular views of the sunrise and also the moonrise during a full moon. The owners and staff are very friendly and very accomadating. Have stayed here for several years in a row and will most definitely stay again

Nothing negative to say

Loved the view from the apartment, was comfortable and a good price for 4 of us

Not having someone on reception most of the time which meant we couldn't get the safe key Deposit back, also quite a few stairs to climb as we were in the 3rd floor, water in the kitchen was brown so had to use bottled water to was up ECT.

Was an amazing charming accommodation. Really nice stay with a really incredible view on the sea. The hosts were so kind and appreciative. They also helped me quickly if i had any questions. When i am near I will definitely book again.
