The apartment is in a central location. Close to restaurants, shopping and sites. Alexander, our host welcomed us and gave us recommendations for dinner.

Hallway was dark to get to apartment but we figured out where the switches were located.

The location is great. The apartment is a very nice one bedroom. They have a legit coffee station : nespresso, kettle and a regular drip coffee maker. Cooking was easy, they had everything needed to cook a meal. They have appliances : electric juicer, blender, toaster, etc. The bed is very comfortable. Also, a smart tv, if you want to put in your Netflix, Prime, etc. A washing machine, a dishwasher. They also, have a cleaning service, if you want it. I texted on What's App questions and they were available to give good responses. I definitely suggest renting this apartment. Also, they had at the door, not an IPAD, the google equivalent to control the temperature, lights, etc.

I liked having a washing machine, dryer rack, Ac throughout, comfortable beds and the host responsiveness.

The back entrance where cars can't reach. Although it's not a big deal for most people, I had a stroller for my baby with car seat etc, a bit of a challenge on check in. Anyone not having mobility issues would not care but worth knowing. Also the hallways and elevator are very narrow, navigating the stroller was quite something.

very good sized apartment to stretch out and relax for 4 days. every appliance was there but wasn’t needed as we were out a lot. aircon was brilliant as Lisbon got warmer than we thought it was going to be. we’ll definitely go back to this property when we go back to Lisbon!

we stayed at the nuit: excellent location, very spacious. there were 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds and 2 single), 2,5 bath (one with a tub, other with shower). The host was extremely friendly and communicative, entry in the building and apartment very easy. an other great feature is there was a luggage storage room for us to keep our suitcases past the check out time. All together wonderful place!

Excellent location, close to Chiado area. Lot of cafes and very good restaurants. Very clean, spacious and modern. 3rd floor to the street (with transit and people) , but very silent (double window). Elevator! very well equipped and maintained as new

Great big kitchen with all the mod cons and well furnished apartment. It's located in a great part of the old city with loads of restaurants and bars nearby. Really couldn't ask for a better location.

The boiler went into error mode the first night. Tried to contact the owner but the Booking.com messaging function kept crashing after I sent the first message.. Never did get that working, but I was able to fix the boiler problem once I got an English copy of the operating instructions. A minor annoyance in the end but thought it worth mentioning. The owner did get back to us the next day but we couldn't respond, again the booking.com messaging function kept crashing.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Spacious and well furnished apartment. Great location in near Barrio Alto/Chiado. Host communicated frequently on whatsapp. 5th floor apartment in building with lift is a huge plus.

Amazing apartment at a great location. The decor is very modern and everything is controlled by Goggle device. The apartment itself is absolutely clean and very well maintained, All the appliances are modern including the Nespresso machine (which I loved!). We had asked for a high chair for our 1 year old baby, but they provided a baby cot as well which we didn't expect. The Angry Bird soft toy was a nice touch. Out little one enjoyed her stay a lot!

Check-in process: Very clear instructions were sent in advance. However, you do need to pay close attention to those messages. I was very busy at work leading to the holidays and did not read the messages carefully and had to scramble a bit. But once I followed the instructions it worked perfectly. The lift is very small, but I believe this is the case with all the old buildings in that part of the town. The place is on the main road and hence slightly noisy, but we expected that. Convenience of the location far outweighs some street noises you get.

We were met at the entrance of the rental by Alex. He was most helpful in making us feel at ease, as it was our first time in Portugal. Alex gave us many helpful tips as to where to visit, places to avoid, etc. His map of the Chiado area was most helpful! The location of the rental was so convenient to walking to the famous sites. We are very pleased with how responsive Alex is in meeting our request and needs. Loved the balcony that the rental had. We were a family of 6 adults, and all love staying at Lisbon Rental Chiado, and would highly recommend this place to all who would be interested in visiting Lisbon!

This 3 bedroom apartment came with 3 bathrooms and a large kitchen and seating area. it was very well furnished with comfortable sofas and beds. Air conditioned. very reliable and fast Wi-Fi. Elevator worked fine. Above all it was very clean. They offer servicing the apartment and fresh towels every 3 days upon request with 24 hrs notice. in our case they went out of their way to accommodate our request on the same day. Close walking distance to every site in central Lisbon. Also endless restaurants close by. There is a small convenience store 2 doors down and a couple of nice cafes also few doors away. Not a single issue or concern. Very easy check in and check out and a truly hassle free stay. Exceptionally fantastic.

We would have liked to have 1x more full length mirror in the living/entrance or the twin bedroom. It would have been better to make ourselves ready without having to borrow the mirror in the master-bedroom.

Comfortable and beautifully decorated apartment in a prime location. The host was extremely helpful, responsive and accommodating. It felt like every little thing was thought through to make guests comfortable. When our flight back was canceled and rescheduled for the next day, they offered us a discount for an extra day.
