Beautiful housing set up with multiple areas to utilize as you needed. The pool, outdoor kitchen, grill, outdoor tables/chairs. Plenty of space to enjoy the wonderful weather and beautiful scenery. The breakfast was delicious although an extra charge. Plenty of free parking, even for larger family vehicles. Host and staff were very kind and willing to answer any questions. Suggestions were made for places to visit/eat as well as maps to help navigate. There are wine tastings 2 nights a week. I was unable to attend but wish I could have.
The initial check-in process was a bit confusing. Once I arrived, I called the number given and the host answered and arrived very quickly. Our rooms did not have individual air conditioning units. The hallway/staircase is airconditioned but this does not flow into the rooms when the doors are closed. Fans are provided which help, but we had two rooms - one was 25 degrees, the other 26 with the fans constantly running and windows open with shutters blocking the sun. If you want a cooler room - be sure to select one of the rooms/units with in room air-conditioning.

Amazing guesthouse, incredible location, lovely people running it, delicious and nutritious breakfast, beautiful pool, comfy bed! Everything was amazing, but we did have one of the small rooms and it was pretty cramped with our bags floor-space wise. Not a big deal because we only wanted to sleep there and then hang out by the pool, but might have been tricky for a longer stay (we were there two nights).

All facilities are very well taken care of. Hospitality is very good and you feel welcomed. We enjoyed the stay very much.

There is a bar downstairs and people speaking loud and music could be heard from the rooms at 11pm. Sent a message to the owner and upon 2 min it was less loud and we could sleep. However, this is weird and unexpected for a family house. Either get better isolating windows or don't have a bar just under rooms being rented...
Other negative is that the price quoted by booking included the tourist tax, however this was separate from the price on booking when we had to pay upon leaving.

Located on mountain top
There was no where to find the owner. Similarly during breakfast we couldn't find the owner nore breakfast . We left without breakfast

The location was nice and quiet, the pool was still warm. Breakfast was delicious, especially the jam. The host was super friendly and relaxed.

The situation at the pool was not relaxing at all. Children without control jumping in the pool and around it, without noticing others.

Very clean accomodation with a homey feeling and friendly owners. Nice pool and good facilities for outdoor cooking.
The pool area might be a bit crowded when all appartements are booked. The breakfast was okay but basic.

Such a beautiful property, everything so tasteful, clean, friendly stuff, very good and diverse breakfast. Beautiful location, surrounded by vineyards, beautiful swimming pool. Highly recommend this place.

The breakfast, the Pool, especially the wine were very good! We had a great stay in this guest house. There is a lot to see and to taste in Brda! We will come back :)
