這是我們第二次來礁溪老爺！非常愉快的經驗！這次我們帶了兩個吃全素的寶貝客人，晚餐、早餐他們都很滿意。事實上他們是很驚奇竟然可以不必外出覓食！因為一般的旅館、酒店很少有全素的選擇，吃素的朋友通常都必需自己解決吃的問題。最貼心的是，晚餐因為沒有豆腐，服務人員特別為他們準備一份很可口的紅燒豆腐。讓我非常感動！
我的寶貝客人一直說他們一定還要再來！（他們不知道老媽花了很多銀子！）

자오시 시내에도 온천 호텔이 있기는 하지만 산속 온천이 훨씬 휴식에 좋다고 생각해 선택했는데 좋은 결정이었습니다. :) 식사도 첫날은 우왕좌왕했는데 다음날부터는 입맛에 맞는 걸 찾아낼수 있었어요. 공심채와 통째로 튀긴 매우 게튀김이 맛있었어요. 아이스크림도 하겐다즈로 모두 맛있었고 조식도 풍성했습니다.
*혹여 이곳에 머무실 한국분들을 위해 팁을 드리자면!
1. 생수가 문근처 코너 안쪽에 있어요: 물 없다고 당황하지 마세요.
2. 다다미에 묵으시는 경우 저녁에 이불을 깔아주는 팀이 옵니다.
3. 콴스파 추천드려요. 핫스톤도 타이식 지압 마사지도 모두 수준급이었습니다.
4. 지하1층 대중탕은 밤 12시까지 이용가능해요. 욕탕 안쪽에 노천탕 있는데 아이들도 입장 가능해요. 탕 입장시 큰 수건 가지고 들어가서 벽에 있는 고리에 걸어두세요. :)
5. 자오시 시내에는 볼거 없어요. 다만 베이커리나 먹거리 구경은 갈만해요. 호텔 셔틀 무료입니다.
6. 저녁마다 공연이 있고 그 이후 선물 이벤트 있는데 받은 번호표를 함에 넣으셔야 추첨 기회가 생깁니다.
7. 스탭들 매우 성실해요. 번역기 돌려가며 부탁하면 열심히 챙겨줍니다. 식사때도 매번 예약석 마련해두더라고요.
간식으로 일본 과자가 나오던데 대만 과자로 준비해주셨다면 좋았을것 같아요 :) 굳이 거기까지 가서 일본 과자를 먹고 싶지는 않거든요. 자오시 시내에 베이커리가 많던데 그곳 소개겸해서 준비하셔도 좋을것 같습니다.

The hotel is very beautiful. Settled at the foot of a hill. With many family oriented recreational facilities and activities. We had to stay indoor at the hotel for 3 days because of a typhoon but we felt safe, cared by the staff and not bored!
The food menu for the buffet can vary a bit. For guests staying for a few days, it would be better if there are different dishes provided.

The staff is great. The territory is quite big and the outside pool and hot springs are very nice.
There’s a lot of entertainment for kids, since we don’t have ones it was quite a waste.
We did enjoy the performance in the evening though
The food in the buffet was average. The room and the hotel itself looks quite old.
If this hotel was cheaper, then it would be quite fair (like Taitung 老爺 for example), I honestly didn’t quite understand what for is such a price.

Came here for baby moon, definitely worth it. All staffs are super friendly, welcoming. Hotel facilities are superb. I strongly recommend the massage for Prego ladies.
Toilets on the ground floor can be a bit too small for a big belly Prego lady to walk in.

The hotel has a wide range of facilities for family- we liked the outdoor pool and the herbal spa. The fish foot bath was a highlight for the kids. The dinner and breakfast were good with lots of variety of food. The tatami family room was very special Japanese style which I liked. Of course the heated toilet seat was much appreciated.
The summer time was simply too hot for us to stay outdoors- the pool water was warm like bath water so we couldn’t stay too long. The hotel is more suitable for winter season I believe. The dinner didnt offer much vegetarian food in European style, except salad.

The staff went above and beyond what was expected. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were exceptional. The Japanese room was calming and the balcony allowed myself and my partner to unwind having a drink together. The out door spa was another highlight, the different pools were varied and the fish were a great bonus. Overall- from when we arrived until we left - I would like to reiterate how exceptional the staff were at every possible opportunity.
