The room was very spacious with simple, beautiful designs. Liked the idea of heading out to the recommended restaurant for breakfast option available to guest and it was a walking distance.

Staff was suppose to come connect the TV and provide an extra mug. After she checked us in, she might have forgotten to come back for those but than again wasn't much of an issue coz we were there for a night. The room behind ours was a little bit loud, not sure when they stopped that night. Not sure about the noise regulations of the place.

The rooms are very spacious and clean, same as the bathrooms. The location is spot on with access to varieties of social and night life clubs within the famous 7th Street in Melvile.

The fact that driving guests always need to get out of the car to draw attention of the staff for the gate to be opened. It poses a risk of getting robbed or hijacked especially at night. Driving guests should be given a remote for the gate.

I believe I left my small iphone in the room and I haven’t received a call from the property on when can I come and collect it.

We forgot jewellery in the safe. They not only find it but send it by way of courier back to us. Such honesty is rare to find.

Replace the soap and shampoo more often. We stayed there 7 nights and it was replaced only once

Firstly some of the male staff lack proper etiquette required to treat their guests. You can't get mad at guests for requesting you fix the electricity after 30-45mins of power being back. Secondly the issue of power going off when there is no load shedding needs to be addressed. This I have experienced for more than two occasions I have lodged there. It is always either the prepared voucher is finished which takes time for them to recharge it or something is wrong with the electricity box. Thirdly guests that are driving should be given remote for the gate. Not every time you have to go look for the staff to open for you. Sometimes it is raining but you have to come out of your car to go draw their attention. This really needs to be sorted out.
