Wonderful.warm, accommodating hosts, Marcelo and Gloria. Fine breakfast. Fabulous location with stunning view of the harbor.
The climb to the top floor is a bit of a challenge, but the views are worth it. Marcelo was kind to carry our luggage up to and down from our top floor room.

Breakfasts were prepared by the Owner and his wife. Absolutely terrific, despite being a bit unusual, which we like.
The whole city is dramatically up and down. It is deservedly famous for that. The hotel is also up and down. If you avoid stairs you won't like it here. Though elderly, we did not mind a bit. Part of the charm.

This property is super charming! The staff is amazing and super helpful. The breakfast is brilliant. We encourage the guest to have dinner there - we loved the food and wine they served!

I totally enjoyed my entire stay. The room was lovely and had beautiful expansive views of the city and harbor. The room also had a wonderful patio and access to the roof deck. But, more than that, the welcoming of Marcellus and Gloria (who was managing the kitchen) made the stay spectacular. They answered all our questions and were very helpful dealing with several small issues one has while traveling. The substantial breakfast, made in the kitchen daily, was fantastic. The hotel was beautiful, perfectly located and walking distance to many sites we wanted to see. Access was easy (walking, train, busses, taxi). There were many wonderful restaurants nearby as well. All in all, a wonderful place to stay while in Valparaiso.

honestly, everything was superb! we even ended up extending our stay because of the level of comfort we felt at this hotel. everything is done with such detail and does not go unnoticed, especially the breakfast!

It was just perfect! We got everything we needed and a lot of information and recommendations for the city. Also the breakfast was really really good! Would recommend this to everyone. They were so warm and welcoming. Also very recommended to non Spanish speakers.

One of the best locations in Valparaiso. The owner and his wife went out of their way in helping us out with getting around the city and booking transportation back to Santiago. Definitely would stay here again.

The location was terrific and ideal. In fact, our city tour came by the Manoir Atkinson hotel as it contains a popular mural on the side wall. Marcello and Gloria could not have been more accommodating and friendly to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast was amazing with everything home made including bread and jam! Our room view was incredible overlooking the homes on the hilltops of Valparaiso. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Thanks Marcello and Gloria.
Hotel is not air conditioned and it tended to be warm in the room.

Truly loved our stay! Well situated, amazing staff. Marcello could not do any more to take care of the guests! He is helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, professional truly a asset to the hotel. He also made sure that we were not taken by the taxi driver. Thanks again Marcello. Breakfast is divine,so many choices and healthy!.Will recommend your Hotel anytime.

We asked for some tips in Chile and he actually typed out several places for us to visit, including how to get there by plane or bus.
The roofterras has an amazing view. Room was spacious and the bathroom was clean, including nice towels.
Place was built about 126 years ago so it still really has a gorgeous wooden interiour.
The breakfast was AMAZING! Homemade cappuchino's, fresh fruit, homebaked fluffy cakes, homebaked bread/scrambled eggs.
20/10!

An absolutely wonderful stay. Breakfast was delicious. Location is perfect & close to delicious restaurants. The rooms are cozy & clean. Exceeded my expectations. For anyone’s first time to Valparaíso, I would recommend staying here.

Beautiful old house converted into a boutique hotel. Marcel and wife (owners) are very friendly and knowledgeable and prepare excellent food. Fantastic location in Concepción and they also have a wonderful rooftop with amazing views. Highly recommend! Definitely stay here!
