the property was clean and the staff was very nice.

there was no pool, and the pressure from the staff to leave at 12 was a lot.

The place was great value for money. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the location was really good, and the room was nice and big with a huge terrace.

It’s true that the walls are really thin so we could hear the neighbours late at night, but other than that it was good!

Great value for money, room was clean and AC worked perfectly.

They didn’t replace the towels for 4 days and there is virtually no parking in the immediate area. There is a public parking lot about a 10 min walk away though

The staff is super kind and helpful,the room cleaning is really 10/10 and and extra nice touch is the shower at the reception that you can use after the check out in case you’d like to go to the beach one last time. Our room was pretty and simple, with a comfortable balcony. A perfect stay, highly recommended!

The location, the staff, comfort, cleanliness. The furniture was ok but could do better with things which were not broken, but honestly overall it was ok and can’t complain much as you have got what you choose to pay for

When I booked it was described as a room with balcony and there was no balcony in our room. There is a €20 deposit to get the TV remote control, never seen it in my life. The shower head could do better but no big deal. What frustrates most is that the air conditioner has only 2 options (cold or hot) with no option to control the temperature.

The property appears to be pleasant from the reception. Location is good for staying in San Antonio.

Very rude staff. Locked out at night. Shower and bathroom was dirty. Facilities were very poor and for the money we spent they should really value their customers a lot more. Cheap & Nasty! (and I’m not one to usually complain)

Room was huge, plenty of space and very clean. Staff always friendly and helpful. Luggage storage and a shower to use after check out was a bonus as we had a late flight.

Noise from around the hotel can be heard easily but that can be expected anywhere.

Everything about hostel great and it is value to money being in Ibiza

We was have the same sheet for the whole week. The cleaning service was really bad. They wasn’t put us paper toilet everyday.
