The room had no window to see outside.

This was probably one of the most clean spaces I stayed in. Also friendly and attentive people in the reception.

I was horrified and felt somewhat miselad about the room I booked. There were no images for that single room and I assumed it looked as good as the other rooms I saw pictures of. Imagine my face coming to a very narrow room, all painted white with a mini window two metters above the wall - it felt like a prison cell!!! Plus the room is located just next to the shower, so I heard noises the entire night. If I had only seen it before I would have never ever booked this accomodation... It kind of made my stay in Palma feel a bit sad...

Very good location in old town. Great family/ attentive staff. Lovely typical Mallorcan house with tile work and simple furniture.

Bathroom could be very wet on floor if people thoughtless when showering .

I was traveling alone and I didnt want to sleep in a classic hostel with dormitories so i was happy to find a Hostel that has single rooms like Hostal Pons. The room was super cute with a classic old style. The overall hotel was beautiful with nice little touches and it was super clean. Felt like everytime you walk out the bathroom they cleaned it after you right away so the next person can find it clean. The location was superb! Close to everything: shops, restaurants, main tourists sites and the closest beach which is 20 min walking. And the cherry on top: Gerard and Victoria were the best hosts ive ever met! They helped me with everything :) Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. I totally recommend it!!!

Absolutely loved the old style hostel, the rooms and design, has so much character. The rooms were big and spacious. The staff were so friendly and kind! They were able to book us a taxi as we had a very early flight out in the morning, this was really great service.

There are no acoustics in the rooms so you can hear all other loud guests who were leaving/arriving all hours of the night. The beds were also very noisy.

Hosts are friendly! Great location! Great value!

loved the location, beds were comfortable, room was light and spacious, everywhere was clean and the staff were fantastic!!

No air conditioning meant the room was roasting when we travelled and sleeping was pretty difficult. They did provide a fan but it didn’t really help with the heat.
