This has to be the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen

Anything good about this place was very quiet
I booked this hotel because it had pools and when we got there it took us at least 15 minutes to find it because they’re remodeling so the front looks like it’s closed and the pool is not working. We paid too much money for just two beds and a TV and a bathroom there was no phone and no other amenities,tried getting a refund and looking for another hotel but the front lobby said it would take about 30 days to get our money back but we paid in cash on the spot so whatever.

I book this hotel as I had some work to do in the area.
The room was big but not very clean. It was more like a hostal environment than hotel, lots of people talking on the halls lauthly with made it hard to sleep. In general the facilities are outdated

It was close, to where I had to go. I could walk there.
The room had lights out, had to ask for toilet paper. It would have been nice to have a double lock on the door. Looks like it used to have one.

The carpet is extremely thirty, the breakfast is everyday the same, chilaquiles and hot cakes, they said breakfast is included, but once you are there, it is just for 2 people for each room. The remote control never worked, the water of the swimming pool is cold, they don´t warm the water, the price is high compare with Inn companies who offered the same price for better conditions. It is an old hotel and it has a weird aroma in the rooms.

Pictures are nothing like reality. Do not stay here. Rooms are dirty, carpet hasn’t been cleaned in ages. There is no a/c in the rooms. This hotel is disgusting. I actually didn’t even sleep here I left as soon as I walked in and saw the rooms. I wanted a refund and was told to come back the next day because I still had to pay the first night I asked if I could just call in and I was told they don’t even have a working phone line! I do say staff was friendly.

No breakfast served. Sent me to a room where the AC was not working and charged me more just because it was by the swimming pool .

an employee tried to “upgrade me” to a room with AC as long as we slid him some cash and the AC did not even work in the room. It was extremely dirty, we found bed bugs and cockroaches in the shower & on the floor next to the bed. No clean towels, dirty bed sheets and pillows. There was holes in the mattress. Hotel has not been kept up with in years & you can tell. Worst experience ever.
