Close to city Centre

The room was very cold. Aircondition did not worm up the room.

There is private free parking which was great. Though there was no receptionist at the "hotel", someone picked up the phone and explained how to get the key. This part was the only smooth part of our stay.

The whole place is shabby and built cheaply. There is no heart in it to make you feel comfortable as a guest. In more detail: - the room had two ceiling lights, of which only half of one worked. It was fluorescent and only added to the already shabby atmosphere. An electrician was at the building when we arrived, yet our lights were not being fixed. - the towels were clean, but clearly very old, grey and scratchy. - our neighbour smoked non-stop and, although the place is called a "hotel", there was no reception or staff to contact about this or to enforce the non-smoking policy. As windows and doors are not solid, we had to passive-smoke all night. - there was a bedside table and sockets on only one side of the bed, although we booked a room for 2. - the bathroom was frankly one big disaster: a shower curtain pipe dangled off a small chain, rust and dirt everywhere. the shower cubicle had cracks and it was all cheap quick fixes. - if you are a woman considering staying, don't. We had another "guest" knocking at our door and asking us "did you order a massage?". This person clearly was not a massage therapist. In a real hotel, with reception and staff and etiquette, this would never happen. After feeling uncomfortable the whole night, we then also had to feel unsafe on top of things.

It is at common residential area, no tourist spot. There are several local restaurants nearby. Many free parking area so it is best with car. Big and fully equipped kitchen and separate dining room.

Nothing if you come with car. Otherwise it take long to reach the old town where is my tourist destination in Nicosia

Wifi was very weak and bathroom had issues with smell

I liked the parking area.

The room was not as pictured. Very old furniture, dampness on the ceiling where water had clearly come through. The bathroom was down the hall, smelled of cigarette smoke and water was dripping from the light fixture. Kitchen was shared and already came with dirty dishes.

It was not a good experience. The air conditioner was out of order. The bathroom smells very bad. Management is not very interested in the guests. I will never decide to experience this again in this hotel
