Everything was great. Spa was a little overpriced but worth it.

It was a very nice place with picturesque scenery. Autumn is the best time to watch colorful mountains. The stuff was very kind and hospitable. Also i liked spa and swimming pool.

Unfortunately, there isn't conditioner, so if you use the opened window as a conditioner, be ready to close it, when you feel cold.)

The quality of dinner and breakfast, as well as the atmosphere in the restaurant were very bad. It feels like in a university cantine and the food is of very low quality, taste. Bread was dry and alot of food seemed not to be fresh. The guests in the restaurant weren't typical 5 star guests, it seemed more that the road workers of the buildings next to the hotel were staying in it. The hotel has 5 stars and alot of things to offer, but it has no atmosphere, not in the spa, not in the lobby. It feels like somewhere at a train station. The spa is run down and the sauna very dirty. The guests while we were staying went without towel into the sauna and it's was very disgusting how they behaved in the spa. The spa has staff but you don't see them in the pool/sauna area cleaning or just checking if everything is fine. If you look for a relaxing spa and good service , I would suggest going to Crown Plaza in Borjomi. We paid 324 Gel and this was way to much or we should have invested more for another place.

road construction nearby but its not fault of hotel. It was very hot part of summer + road construction made it less pleasant.

This was an amazing 3 days get away for us. The hotel facilities, location and the stuff are just awesome -- really at great level! I was also celebrating my Birthday at the hotel and got a big cake 🎂 as a gift from the hotel which was a nice surprise for me! Thank you!

Very good location, the cable car is just outside; Nice sauna and swimming pool; Good bedding, mattress is quite stiff and the sheets are very comfortable; Compared to the buffet, quite good in-room dining with moderate prices; Fairly good billiards room, although there were about 10 cues of which exactly 2 have had the usable tips; Mostly helpful staff, special thanks to Simon.

It was one of the most expensive options available, and I was specifically aiming for a 5-star stay to have a pleasant experience for my vacation. I have stayed in various 5-star hotels before and was having some expectations for the stay. Unfortunately, I was disappointed - both in details and in overall experience. No air conditioning: too hot? Too cold? Not enough fresh air? Best you can do is open the window and hope for the best. Insufficient room maintenance: we had to change 2 rooms to find the decent one. The first had a jammed wardrobe door, as well as view blocked by the roof; the second one had a broken hole in the showerhead that was ejecting hot and strong stream of water. It also had two beds, and we were offered to lay the blanket between them so it would feel like one twin bed (??). Thankfully, the manager has offered us an upgrade to a deluxe twin room. It was very nice, but then I tried to turn on the shower only to find out that it's intensively leaking from the knob. Thanks to the maintenance, it was fixed within ten minutes and we could finally move in. The room quality is mostly shoddy, with cheap flooring (not a parquet or hardwood floors as advertised), bad lighting design (i.e. different temperature bulbs in one lineup), greenish damp spots on bathroom ceilings etc. No proper cleaning: we accidentally stained the blanket sheets, left the "please clean the room" door hanger only to find the blanket turned upside down without any changed sheets. The rooms we tried before also had some sticky spots on the floor. Bathrooms: the shower curtain has a thick frame on the floor and on the top. at c.180 cm. If you're that tall, mind your head! Also the silverfish was spotted. Buffet: the food is mostly bland and unpleasantly looking, reminding a roadside diner. There's no harm in such food, just not during a 5-star stay.
