the host was really unprofessional and has very bad attitude. he shouted us and was asking to book for another hotel. that means he really dont want us to stay in the hotel. very racist.

The noise of the club located downstairs continued until late

The apartment is in prime location and clean

As a tourist , i did not have the local SIM to communicate with the host. The host did not come to handover the keys. The apartment is at the 3rd floor, there is an elevator which needs coins to use and i don't know how to use . This was not communicated to me by the host and i had to carry all the luggage bags to third floor which caused pain in my shoulders. This is not a serviced apartment and the host did not provide bin bags even after requesting. she did not answer me to how to turn the room heater. The wifi password was not shared until we got a local SIM and texted her.

The property was not reserved according to the booking. Thus made us to change the hotel with all luggages.
