The host was very attentive and personable. The room was spotlessly clean and communication was excellent throughout.

The place is on the side of the road which can get a little noisy sometimes if you sleep with the balcony door open.

The room was very nice, a lot of space clean and very tastefully designed. Host is very helpful and you get a warm welcome to the place. There are some books and magazines laid on the stairway table for guests to use and also some beach accessories like swimming aids, chairs, sunshades... Parking is quite big and right by the apartments, supermarket is near...

The road is just by the apartment ind it can be quite loud.

location right close to the center. the Apartament is very well organized and has all the amenities you might need. the owner is really nice. he give support for local information. he has su beds and umbrellas available for the guests and organize a tipical Greek aperitive. the staying was really nice. we will come back for sure. recommend.

We felt like home. Even better. We stayed in the spring apartment, perfectly equipped and spacious. Sunbeds, umbrellas, cool bags and more available for the customers. The owner mood and carefulness was something unique. Thank you!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Seasons of Nickolas for your trip to Keffalonia! The apartment was spacious, sparkling clean and in an amazing location - a short walk to town (where there are bakeries, taverns and markets) and a great central spot for exploring the rest of the island. The host Akis was absolutely outstanding, and honestly meeting him was one of the highlights of our trip! He was so kind and welcoming and went over and above to ensure we had a perfect stay. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were being welcomed by an old friend. A true gem! If I ever return to the island, I'll stay here in a heartbeat! Thank you so much Akis!

Location is very good and the owner is very friendly. We arrived earlier than the normal check-in time and Akis upgraded our room to be a house in order to let us in earlier.

Great host, welcoming yet non intrusive. Lovely apartment with great mountain view from the balcony. Close to harbour, restaurants and supermarket. Idea village for relaxing and touring the north and east of the island.

We researched a lot before deciding to stay at the Seasons of Nicholas and it was definitely worth it! The room was really cute, the service was great, Akis was always available and super helpful. He had a set of available "utilities" that we could use, such as umbrellas. He left us treats and some wine so we could enjoy the in the evening. The location was amazing - it was close to everything we wanted to visit - just a short car ride from the main beaches and the the Sami port, that took us to Ithaka. We felt very lucky to have stayed here, because it is a super charming village, with everything you need - good restaurants, markets etc. And the Season of Nicholas is walking distance from everything!

The owner is very friendly and polite. He did everything for us to have a nice stay. There are umbrellas and other beach equipment to use. The rooms are big, well equipped and have a balcony with a nice view. I would definitely recommend to stay here for vacations on Kefalonia.

First off Aki, who runs the show, is one of the nicest humans you could wish to meet, and is incredibly attentive and welcoming. He couldn't do more for you. The flat itself is much larger than most studios and has everything you need. The balcony is huge and feels private. The place is also spotlessly clean. If you're visiting the area you won't find something better.

We travel a lot around Greece, and this has been one of our most enjoyable stays ever! Our room was really spacious and pretty, with vibrant colours and a few lovely details that made it feel like home. I was quite impressed by the variety of utensils in the kitchen, very useful for people who want to make their own meals. All in all, it was a very well thought-out apartment. Akis, the owner, was so friendly and welcoming, it really felt like we were visiting a friend. He treated us to a few local snacks and wine and he even gave us a bottle of olive oil to take home! Sadly we didn't get to meet the rest of his family - hopefully next time.

The only "bad" thing was that our stay was too short. We had already spent a couple of weeks staying in different areas in Kefalonia, but I would have easily spent a couple of more days in Agia Effimia, it's a really relaxing seaside town and the location is great for exploring.

My husband and I were fascinated by The Seasons of Nickolas! Akis, our host, was extremely friendly and kind - he helped us with everything we needed and even more. He gave us some good recommendations for the places around. The warm gestures of hospitality - the small treats with which we were greeted, the coziness and impeccable cleanliness of the house, the beautiful aroma of jasmine and rosemary at their little garden... All this made our vacation even more pleasing and enjoyable :) Since we intended to see much of the island, we decided that Agia Effimia is a convinient place for accommodation. And it turned out that the town has more advantages than we expected - several quite good restaurants, taverns and bakeries, beautiful scenery and few cozy wild places for sunbathing nearby (most of them we discovered thanks to Aki). Not to mention that the magnificent Myrtos Beach is only a 15-minute drive away. So, if you travel through Kefalonia, stop in Agia Effimia. Stay at the The Seasons of Nickolas! We hope to visit them again :)

Akis is the best, very friendly and always helpfull. I strongly recommand this property, we stayed in the 2 bedrooms villa, very good facilities, perfect choice for a familly, I wish I could stay longer.

Super apartments in the center of city, clean and comfortable. Mountain view from the balcony, were you can spend evenings. The owner is a welcoming and caring person. Accommodation was excellent. Recommend this apartments.

Everything was perfect, the size of the studio ( 3 people) the cleanliness, the location and most importantly the owners. They were great, very welcoming, super friendly and helpful with pretty much everything and anything. They really go the extra mile to make you feel as if you are at home. It's so near the beach, supermarkets bank, post office, bakery and restaurants.

Very good location, with access to terraces and shops in port, a nice park for children was also very close. It was close to some small beaches and also to Myrtos beach, that we like 🏖 Good place to start visits to the caves in the area. The owner was very helpful, with local information for taxi, transit etc. The room was clean, with a good equiped quichinette. Thank you! 🤗 It was second time in Kefalonia, we will come back 🙂

The room was really so nice, well decorated and equipped with all facilities you need. The beds were really so comfortable and the room was always clean. The view from the balcony is very nice specially in the morning. The host Mr. Akis is really a good man and he was always checking if everything is ok with us or if we need anything. He brought for us a microwave as well and when we make check out he gives us a gift which we really appreciate.

Just to take into consideration that the apartments are on the main road so a little bit in the morning(Monday) a lot of vehicles passes.
