Brilliant hosts so hospitable and went out there way to make our stay perfect

La posizione è strategica per visitare tutte le spiagge di Cefalonia. Zona tranquilla, si trova facilmente parcheggio. Le camere sono pulitissime e offrono tutto ciò che è necessario per il soggiorno. C'è una grande terrazza con tavoli e sedie riservate per ogni stanza dove si può fare colazione, bere qualcosa o rilassarsi godendo del panorama di Agia Efimia. Panos e tutta la sua famiglia sono molto ospitali e cortesi. Sono bravissimi nel gestire il loro studios, offrono vino, coca cola, Fanta, acqua e le mandorle tipiche di Cefalonia all'arrivo. Nei giorni seguenti Panos ci ha persino portato degli ottimi dolci tipici cucinati dalla moglie. Sono persone disponibili e che cercano di soddisfare tutte le esigenze.

La struttura si trova in una buona posizione ad agia effimia . L’host molto cortese e gentile a soddisfare le nostre richieste , ci ha regalato un po’ di anguria e delle noccioline dolci .

The owner was waiting for me outside the property and helped my with parking right outside the property. I received the warmest welcome. Amazing views over the bay of Aghia Effimia and lovely hosts, which make this place soooo special. Highly recommended. I will definitely go back and recommend it to my friends and family.

Beautiful views over Agia Efimia harbour. Large shared terrace with lots to watch, including sunrise. Hosts very friendly. Easy level walk to the harbour with restaurants that have a very local feel to them.
There is some traffic noise from the road but this is Kefalonia so not terrible.
The window in the room opens onto the shared terrace so no privacy if there are others using the terrace. This was fine for me as there wasn't anyone else there. Would be great for a group/family tho.
Shower is small and the curtain clings to you 🤣

Location is fantastic: quiet street facing the harbour, a short walk away from the heart of the village. Agia Efimia is a perfect base for island exploration. The studio, though quite small, has everything one needs. Spotlessly clean!! Big respect for keeping it so tidy especially in pandemic time. The hosts are the most friendly and cordial people: we received some really good recos and always a friendly chat. I really appreciated help in making some adjustments to the room to fit our needs - the host had made them gladly! Absolutely loved our stay there!

We really recommend this place for your stay in Kefalonia. Panos, the owner was extremely helpful and friendly and went above and beyond with his hospitality. The room was sparkling clean and comfortable, nothing more needed. Also perfect location for island sightseeing. Really recommend!

Maria and Panaiotis, the hosts, are very lovely. We had a warm welcome with local sweets. We loved the chats with them in the evenings. Despite our lovely hosts, we enjoyed the spacious terrace having a nice view at beautiful sunsets and the little harbor. If you need a spot to relax and you enjoy the company of locals, this is the place to be. 😊

The room was comfortable with a great view and had first rate facilities. Despite the cyclone which hit the island, this lovely family could not have done more to make us feel welcome and look after us.
