The only 2 things that we liked about this accomodation were: the stuff (Lia) - she was very kind & the view from the garden

This property needs serious improvement and some serious renovation! It is not possible in 2022 to have mold on the walls and rust on every sanitary object. It is not healthy! We asked for a room change because the smell coming from the bathroom was very unpleasant (excepting the fact that the toilet was broken). Lia was nice and helped us. The new room didn’t smell that bad, but it was the same thing: mold and rust, old furniture that wasn’t “the vintage type” and was broken. Not to mention they didn’t even care to buy some curtins - at the windows were hanging some materials generally used for covering the tables. It is nothing like the pictures from booking (maybe they were taken long time ago). I am sorry to write all this bad stuff, but there must be something to do about this property. If it has a good rate (don’t know why), at least the owner should keep up with it and improve the place. Please, clean and sanitize it!!!

The breakfast is perfect. Owners make you feel like home

The host, Lia was so kind and welcoming! She made an amazing breakfast everyday. There is also the possibility to eat dinner there, which is great and home cooked. The room was nice as well. They have a big garden and a pool area with a great view. We really liked it. The property is situated a little up the mountains and very quiet. Thank you so much, Lia!

The location is perfect and the view amazing! Very quiet we had an amazing time! And the staff… what can we say? They felt like family! Very accommodating and friendly they were the highlight of our stay. Many thanks to Lia and everybody else. à bientôt!

property is not maintened with very poor maintenance shower in room upstairs was not working due to the shower head was blocked . Air Condition system in room upstairs not working properly and was leaking condensation water all over the floor. downstairs Toilet cistern button most of time not working Downstairs shower head half blocked. there is a spa on the balcony with lots of missing tiles and not working. The room details has a wrong number of beds advertised. the can’t host more than 4 Adult. The lady at front desk will try offer you a discount if you pay cash and give not receipt. She told me 200 cash or 240 with invoice. I dint want to stay there on the first place but booking.com found me this accomodation due to my original one was cancelled the day before for a overbooking issue. The room details says that you have 4 double beds but when we arrived there was only 2 and the lady was so pushy when i sayd to cancel the booking she wanted my money so bad. Only reason i stays was that that night there was very little option of accomodation available . the next night i manage to book another accomodation. Again the property is falling apart and needs lots of maintenance and fixing done . i would not even give 2 start at this accomodation.

The property is very nice. The separate villas ensure privacy and the view is marvelous. But the biggest role for our very lovely stay there played Ana-the manager of the property. Very welcoming, helpful and cordial woman. She made us feel like home there, was very responsive. And the breakfast-one of the best we have ever had, personally prepared by her. We really enjoyed our time there and we would love to go there again.

This was the most beautiful Villa. We were 2 steps to the pool and while we stayed we had it all to ourselves. We also had a jacuzzi bath in our room which was amazing. The pool is an infinity pool that has spectacular views. We had dinner cooked for us and served by the pool overlooking the mountains down to the sea. It was a memorable evening which made our visit to Corfu one we will never forget. Lia and staff went way above all our expectations. We were served a beautiful breakfast followed by another memorable swim before we left. We would highly recommend.

nothing stood out.

Ants in the room. Mould on the sofa bed that we had to sleep on under all the sheets. AC can only be turned on, temperature cannot be adjusted by universal remote, and apparently there was no access to a remote to turn the fan higher or temperature colder, even though there is like 6 rooms with delonghi air cons. Shower water pressure way too fast, was uncomfortable. height of holder too low. toilet stopped working effectively. Breakfast was mediocre at best, as opposed to being able to select from extensive offerings, we felt like we were on rations, and forced to eat selected foods because there was not much else. having a pool at home, we were out off because their is green algae right around the pool edge, it’s not cleaned properly. We had one lunch and also requested for Lia to cook one packet of spaghetti, we felt absolutely ripped off. 75€ total cost where at a restaurant all across Greece, there is no way the bill would be more then 50€, trust me with this, and they don’t tell you any price and sting you at check out. Food bill only payable in cash, no receipt, should be reported to the tax authorities. To top it off, this property made our stay so unpleasant, we arranged to spend 3 of the 7 days we had in Corfu by flying to Paris. We felt the service was intrusive and this is more like living in someone’s house feeling ultra uncomfortable.

Lia makes amazing Greek breakfast every morning! All ingredients are local food, you can have a fresh orange juice from the oranges she grew, hand made pastries, eggs and hams, etc. she’s so lovely, always around and trying to help. It’s quiet with incredible sea view, we really enjoyed the evenings laying down by the pool and watch the sunset with fresh breeze. Lots of good restaurants within 10 minutes of drive. Ipsos is a very nice beach nearby.

It’s in a hilly area with narrow roads, careful if you are not a good manual driver, it can be thrilling to climb the hills everyday. Wi-Fi is not stable in our room, because it’s a bushy area and there’s no extender in each room. Sometimes it’s better if you stay outside or leave your door open to get stronger signal.

Castello Di Vista is a very nice, quiet and private place to relax! Absolutely wonderful views!!! The owners are extremely helpful and friendly. Lia does an extraordinary job to make her guests happy. She is so warm and caring! Breakfast was wonderful! There was something new and delicious on the table every morning. Always with freshly squeezed orange juice which was the best we've ever had in our lives. It was always possible to get a lunch and delicious dinner for a good price. The whole service was nice and family friendly. They really make you feel welcome! Lia gives good suggestions and instructions on what to do in Corfu. You need a car here if you want to go out sometimes. We also got help with transport, thank you so much! The very good pool was for private use most of the time. Our family had a wonderful time here! Thank you all!

We liked the property it is romantic and quiet and has a beautiful view. Owners and staff are very nice and helpful. The landlady prepares home-made sweets for breakfast

We had a very nice accomodation but the shower was in the bath, it would be helpful if there would be something to prevent spilling of water outside of the bath.

Lia, the hostess, did everything to make us felling at home: when we arrived at late hour (because a delay in our fly) she prepared for us a delicius meal, and when she heard I love little fishes (anshovi) - she prepared in two ways the most delicius anshovi plates I ever ate. That meal was not just delicius, but served near the swimmig pool with the view to the sea. Just perfect

Absolutely georgeus place with amazing owners! Excellent and ecological food, clean and large room! So delicious dinner and most wonderful breakfest with juice, eggs, fruits, coffee ect. This is place for relax and enjoying the little moments!

Wonderfull place with a lovely owner. Lia was really fantastic. Everything was perfect. A place as we don't find anymore... To discover more truly Corfu. We feel the desire to host with the best way. Classe A team.

Plentiful breakfast, lovely views of the mountains and the sea, clean pool, secluded patio.

Facilities in room were rather dated, (eg. CD player and the small fridge),TV only had Greek channels… Provision of tea/coffee in room was lacking, given that we had a kettle, and we were not impressed with the toiletries provided ( did not match description on booking. com website) Approach road to property not advisable for cautious drivers!

Lia and Nikos were brilliant hosts, there were plenty of days going on to eat Lia's lovely meals which were fantastic, very good company. There was a problem with the TV, as soon as we mentioned this, a new TV was brought in for us to use, as well as a mini fridge and bath mats to be brought in the following day without mention. Car rides were offered and taken for shopping, sightseeing, and to transport us to the bus stop at the bottom of Kato Karakiana, also really appreciated Lia teaching me a little Greek on the final day :) I hope to come here again soon!

The no Wi-Fi took some getting used to, though apparently this was a one off with the no Wi-Fi situation, another flaw was definitely the ants, on day 3, 4 and 5 we discovered a fair few ants coming in which we took care of in the mornings/evenings, though they kept coming back. This was mentioned on day 6 however, and the ants were taken care of.

Everything was very nice, it's a charming place and Lia is the best hostess :)

We arrived at a place later than expected The next flight and also the car rental company were not ready, in addition before we arrived there was a rainstorm that threatened the vacation. Still and against all odds they waited for us on the spot, with a wide smile and welcoming guests. The breakfast was great with special attention. personalised attention, freshly made abundant breakfast with local specialties, cooked as per each person’s preference and well served. Lia was very welcoming and attentive host from the arrival and throughout our stay. Located higher in the hills the villa is surrounded with amazing views of the island. The interior of the villa is unique and nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay!

We (family with 1 year old baby) had a great week in Castello Di Vista in cozy room with garden view. It is more a guest villa rather than a typical hotel and that is why we enjoyed it quite a lot. Rent a car is available on spot (we rented cabrio and had no troubles with reaching the hotel). Cozy, charming, quiet hidden gem, located in the the heart of Corfu island. The owner of the hotel is Lea, local fairy, who makes best of your stay. This place is a tale, with olive trees, charming view from the pool, delicious breakfasts/dinners and all your wishes come true because you will be heard. It is soulful place.

Maybe we did not have some facilities like shampoo and shower gel when we arrived. But we asked for that later and received it.
