Very little really. On arriving, we were met by a very disinterested Receptionist, who could just about be bothered to take my payment, which for info has still not arrived on my bank statement and I have been home 1.5 days. The breakfast was ok, nothing more.

On arriving, we were met by a very disinterested Receptionist, who could just about be bothered to take my payment, which for info has still not arrived on my bank statement and I have been home 1.5 days. I digress, after being in the room for about an hour, I could smell cigar smoke in the toilet. We thought a quick and easy solution would be to put the air con into high and hopefully get rid of it that way. No joy, as the air con didnt work!!! Went downstairs to look for someone to assist, no one about. So we slept with the smell. The next morning, we went to Reception, where again there was no one. The Receptionist was helping the totally inadequate level of kitchen staff. When I did get chance to speak to her, she said I should have got someone to sort the air con, we did, but there was no one about. As regards the room situation, she almost laughed in my face, impudent at best. If I had a dog, I wouldn't kennel it here. The place is in a state, incompetent staff, detached owners, who neither give a stuff, nor care about what actually goes on in their hotels.
