Buena ubicación. Instalaciones modernas y limpias

The room was comfortable and compact, but we only used it to sleep anyway. The location of the hotel is ideal for wandering Shinjuku and getting on public transport to other parts of the city. And the value was amazing
The quality of the buffet breakfast was not the best, but the rooftop bar at night has nice drinks and beautiful view of the city skyline.

Fräscht, prisvärt hotell i Shinjuku, nära mycket.

The location is great and everything was super clean
We had a tandem room and it was a bit uncomfortable to go up and Down every time

The location was excellent right in heart of Shinjuku and the service was very friendly.
The room was smaller than anticipated and unfortunately other travels in the breakfast restaurant did not control their children. Which was not a peaceful start to the morning.

Great location. Nice roof top bar.
Rooms are worn. Require some updating, new blinds, furniture replacing. Room quite small for two people.

Super clean and very good location
They charged me for being 30 minutes late from the check out

Breakfast buffet was quite good - varied menu options! The staff at the hotel was very helpful and attentive. We had 2 different rooms (split stay) - of the 23 floor plans...big for Japan standards.
A little bit off the "beaten path" - which made it a little quiter, I think. We had to take quite a few taxis from the station (too old and too cold to walk) and most were not familiar with the hotel (GPS got us there).

Staff are lovely, the rooftop bar was nice with a very attentive team.
Honestly I don't feel the hotel is as advertised- the photos used online are a decade old... the rooms are flaking and faded with worn down furniture and everything is a bit musty.

Location is great; close to lots of food and JR station. Staff were friendly and gave out umbrellas on rainy days so we didn’t need to purchase
Breakfast wasn’t great, lots of options but food wasn’t great. Small rooms but is to be expected in Tokyo

Service was great, we had to book two different rooms and we were able to check into the next one quite early which was nice of them. Beds are comfortable. Location was nice and quiet despite being in the heart of Shinjuku. Lobby was always full of people checking in so it is an extremely popular hotel.
Economy double room is extremely small, highly recommend booking the superior or deluxe double rooms instead - will be far more comfortable. We enjoyed the stay in the deluxe double room, however there was a very poor drain smell coming from the sink everytime we used it which was gross and needs to be rectified by hotel.

Clean, modern and helpful staff
A little far away from the train station, but probably only felt this way because of the summer heat

The rooms are NOT like in the picture. Much older and smaller. Very inflexible general manager. Tried to rip us off when offering to pay for a larger room.

Great hotel with a comfortable bed and nice, modern touches. The bathroom was great and there was a nice view with lots of light. The hotel has a rooftop bar/restaurant on the 13th floor which was great!
The location was right in central Shinjuku which we liked, however there are a few colourful characters in the area so may not be suitable for everyone.

Nice view, stylish rooms, fairly large bathtub by Japanese standards. check out at noon is nice too.
halfway carpets are old. no usb ports in room so bring a charger or check out one from front desk.

The Executive Double Room at the 16th Floor has a great floor to ceiling glass panels which gives a good view of Tokyo skyline.
Their breakfast is OK, not bad at all. Nice coffee machine.
We booked the executive room knowing there is a perk of the lounge but we were disappointed of the variety of “food” or “drinks” they had. They had only coated chocolates, mixed nuts, and another seed coated snack. There were no alcohol served and they have only an espresso machine for coffee, water kettle for tea, water and green tea. It is a self service very small room. The view in the room is better than the view there or maybe similar. The question is, why offer something like that if you can have it in your room?
One bad side is, the facility is not well maintained. The overhead shower is was not properly showering water. They have to check this.
There is no enough space in each side of the bed to stand so you have to crawl to get out of bed.

the staff was nice & spoke english. i mainly liked the bathroom, the shower head was nice.
The hotel didn’t have their own parking, and the room was a little small. The views outside our windows weren’t good either. Also wish breakfast was included with the meal, it wasn’t.
