The location, it's not in the middle of the crowded area so it's quiet.

The level of cleaning, it could be better.

Great location, silence, good facilities, big indoor space, functional heating system, fully equipped kitchen, fair price, great outdoors, the best, most friendly and smart dog on the property ❤️ The owner recycles (he asked us to separate the waste, if possible, which we appreciate). There is a beautiful library in the villa, good internet and smart tv.

The biggest issue for us was the poor cleaning (not even clean bedsheets, we found a lot of hair and stains on our sheets, so we are sure they weren't changed) - especially during this pandemic situation, we would expect more attention! Other minuses: - A lot of maintenance work to be done (missing lights, sockets out of the walls, dirty walls, broken toilet seats etc.). - Only 1 parking place available (although property can accommodate min. 6 people) - The road to property is very abrupt and damaged, so some cars might have issues with the guard clearance. - There is a fireplace that attracts in pictures but is not functional - Beautiful closed terrace which is not usable (looks like a not-cleaned storage). - The bathrooms are nicely equipped, but most of the equipment is not functional (also very bad smell in master bathroom). - The master bedroom has ceiling windows, but they are covered in aluminum foil, so useless...

Lovely place and quite, the communication with the host was prompt and helpfull. The villa comes with a very lovely dog that kept us company, highly appreciated.

The villa description is not what we expected to find, it is describled as 3 bedroom villa with private bathrooms, usually for this case you get 3 bedrooms, each one having an attached bathroom. In this case only one bedroom has a ensuite bathroom, a second bathroom it at the first level for the other two bedrooms to use and a small one at the ground level, without a shower. This was the main inconveninece that we had during our stay. I recommend updating the description and clarifing this for future guests. Also, the parking is difficult, the house is situated on a hill, we had to leave our cars by the street, but no big deal for us. The cleaning was not done with responsability, dusty bedrooms and kitchenware not great!

great villa, very spacious and warm! 3 bathrooms, good amenities in the kitchen and a smart TV in the living room; a good size barbecue and a nice back garden to relax in. extremely good wifi

its proximity to the main road and the noise from the traffic could be heard in 2/3 rooms, but that didn't bother my family. Because of the location, you can't really go on long walks
