Ottima posizione centrale adiacente alla via principale di Villasimius.
Personale gentile e disponibile, ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta.
La struttura è inoltre accogliente, pulita e la colazione e' abbondate con prodotti freschi e genuini.

Friendliness, comfort, cleanliness and the nearness to town. Sebastian and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Could not rate it higher. Well done Sir.

The location was brilliant in the middle of the town, a nice short walk away from the shops and restaurants. Easily walkable to the beaches if you like to walk. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, plenty of space and storage for our luggage. The bathroom was very clean and always kept clean throughout our stay.
What I really liked was the friendliness, helpfulness of the staff. They always greeted us warmly and nothing was too much of an issue, they really did go out of their way to help us in any way they could. Breakfast was small but more than enough for us, fresh products and great coffee! I'm missing the pistachio cream filled croissants! I will definitely be back to stay here, they've won me over!

Location is approximately 1km from the beach. Lovely little town right on your doorstep with plenty of choice for eating and drinking. Special mention to Sebastian and the team who are excellent hosts 👍

the property is located near the city center of Villasimus. the nearest beach is 5-7 min drive and Costa Rei is 15-20 min drive.
this little hotel is very clean with very nice staff, always available to enjoy your stay and make it as confortable as possible.
breakfast is also good with both salted and sweet offer.
rooms are big, with all you need and cleaning is available every day.
if you have problems with noise during spleeping, would be better to let them know in advance.
they were very kind to change my room for this reason.

breakfast could be more divers. if you stau for one week, the same food is served every day.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet (we could chose what we wanted to eat and then it was served to the table) offered a broad variety of delicious food. The staff was always very friendly und welcoming and the receptionist took especially good care of the guests (had good tips for eating and sightseening, made reservations, etc.)

The hotel was nice, confortable, large and clean room with a large bathroom (room no. 7).
The host was very polite, gave us good recommendations about what to do, where to go, where to eat, made reservations.
The breakfast was very rich of ham, salami, eggs, cereals, jogurts, chees, cereals, pie, croisants and a lot of fresh fruits accompanied of course with good coffe and watter/juices. They gave us pastry and fruits even to the beach.
It was a very pleasant stay!

Domu Noa is just the perfect Hotel, if you stay in Villasimius. Ivan cares for just everything, be it recommendations for trips, restaurants & bars, reservations for restaurants and all the other things, that require support or help in your Holidays. The location in Villasimus couldn't be much better. It is in the center, but still very quiet. Free parking is about 300 m away and you are quickly out of the city from there. Absolute recommendation.
The bed was rather hard, but that seems to be true for most Hotel beds in Sardinia based on our experience :-)

The staff was really kind and helpful, amazing breakfast, amazing location (you step outside right on the happening street), very clean, great wifi connection, definitely the best accommodation we have stayed in South Sardignia!
No in-front parking but there is a lot of parking available near by, within 2 minutes of walk so no problem regarding this aswell!

Very central in Villasimius (the main street in 20m away). Good sized room with everything needed, good space for storage of luggage. Dark curtains to keep the room dark in the morning silent airconditioning.Spacious and luxurious bathroom. Very kind personnel ready to help. Good breakfast at the table just in front of the room. Good internet connectivity.

the furniture was really modern and the breakfast at the terrace (which was delivered at our room-terrace) was rellay good 👌 cute little hotel!!!! i will defenetly come back again!

Lovely hotel in the heart of Villasimius. Very friendly staff and super nice rooms. Also pretty quiet and a lovely breakfast at our own the terrace. Can highly recommend this place to stay. We also extended one more night :)

The staff were beyond helpful, providing local bus service tips / map / times, being friendly at every opportunity and providing coffee and croissants in the morning.
