Amazing location

Perfect location for families with kids.

The host was really nice and had prepared everything in our apartment, including things we needed for our baby (cot, high chair, baby bath). The location in the middle of the Esterel and close to the private beach is great!

The location is close to a fairly busy road which can be noisy during the day. At night noise was absolutely not a problem though. The apartment was very small, barely enough for two adults and a baby (who was sleeping in our room). Since the weather was nice we stayed mostly outdoors on the terrace or at the beach, so it was not a major problem. There are some mosquitoes outside. Not a big issue, but plan to bring some repellent spray :)

The beach is 20 meters away, always lots of space, 2 beach beds and an umbrella are provided. Beautiful territory, lots of flowers, the terrace is closed from the others with the bushes and flowers. Food shops and restaurants are 5 minutes walking distance. Great restaurant is just next to the beach straight on the water, fantastic sunset (just book it in advance). The stuff was helpful and nice.

It’s really small. I mean I should expect that - only 30 square meters. Lots of mosquitos are outside on the terrace, daytime too. A big suggestion - please include a cleaning every third day. The sand from the beach was everywhere, even in the bed. Wifi was terrible as everywhere in France.

We have been in February 2020 with curfew at 18:00. We were looking for something not too crowded with the possibility to walk in the afternoon. The place is perfect for visiting Provence and Cote D'Azur there are different small villages close (within 1h by car) from there and some walking tour on the Esterel mountain or by the beach. During the evening it was lovely to spend some time on the private sand beach to see the sunset. The place is clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom and a nice bathroom. The staff has been really friendly and helpful.

I cannot complain about anything. There is one supermarket and few restaurants that we can reach without a car. Unfortunately most fo them were closed for dinner. Even the beach restaurant from the hotel was close, but I'm sure that this was only due to the covid restrictions and the winter period.

Little cottages are separated by lovely flora, so feel private. Small, but very clean. Very friendly staff. Very restful right in front of the sea.

The neighbor to the property was going crazy with loud hedge trimmers all day for three days! - but that was. No fault of Residence Agathos.

Thanks for a great holiday! Everything was good but the bedroom and the bed itself were too small - definitely not convenient for tall people :)
