Very kind owner of villa. Pool, and all apartment was very clean.

everything was great!!!

there is no heating of the pool. but in the summer I am sure that the water in it is comfortable. we were just at the end of November and in November the weather itself is cool. but we still took a dip.the pool is good. even a person comes and does the cleaning, so in the end we were all the same satisfied.

We literally liked everything. The villa is so cute and comfortable. It is equipped with everything one needs even for a long-period stay. It has cute territory with grill, pool and lots of greenery. The rooftop terrace is another kind of enjoyment. The view is delightful, we spent many evenings there, enjoying a glass of wine. The villa is close to 2 little beaches and other properties, yet it feels very private because it is surrounded with greenery, no neighbors bother you :) On the arrival day, we were very warmly welcomed with fruits, refreshments and other food we could use during our stay. Pambos is an increadibly friendly and helpful owner. He was always in touch when we had questions and he made us feel like we were his best guests :-). This is a place and attitude you want to come back to. And we definitely will :-).

Everything! Our stay at Villa Athina exceeded all my expectations - the owner, Pambos, met me to hand over the keys and he was AMAZING and couldn't have been more helpful. The house was spacious, comfortable, immaculately clean, every facility you could want - I could have happily stayed forever. I wholeheartedly recommend this property and hope I have the opportunity to return.

If you need substantial groceries, you'll have to take car/use a taxi - otherwise, the house is PERFECT!

Pambos is a fantastic host who was there on our arrival and so lovely and helpful during our stay. So grateful for the groceries he provided us meaning we did not have to go straight to the shops. We loved the villa and would never get bored of the peaceful, private location and amazing roof terrace with stunning view, sunsets . We enjoyed being at the villa so much were were reluctant to go out (but did) and have booked for next year :)

Villa Athina is a beautiful villa in a good location it’s clean and very spacious with a beautiful view of the sea from the sun terrace with great sunsets every night The pool is a good size and warm and we loved the BBQ facilities The host Pambos is really nice and welcoming and any questions we had regarding anything within the area he was only to happy to help us with We were so happy with our weeks holiday that we rebooked again as soon as we returned home

The host of the house is a very nice man. It was a pleasure to meet him. He greeted us very warmly and preapared some fruit and lef some things in the fide. The swimming pool is quite big an clean. All house is really clean soi t vas nice to be in it:) Garden is not big but it’s surrounded by plants so you have privecy relaxing in it. The only negative is that the house is situated in a built-up area and you can hear driving cars.

The stay at Villa Athina was very enjoyable. House clean, fully equipped. Kindest, helpful owner. We were welcomed with fruit, wine, water, bread and jam. I recommend to everyone.

The place was clean and cosy and had everything we needed, the host is friendly and super accommodating, was there to welcome us and show us around and he even bought a few stuff for us for breakfast. He made himself available to us at any time. The area is quiet and has all amenities nearby. I would recommend it for nice, quiet, family vacations. You don't even need to leave the place and you can have a super relaxing time.

Pambos is an very nice, accommodating and solicitous host. He helped us with all our questions and prepared everything for us to have a great time in Villa Athina. There is everything you need to feel like a temporarily home. The Villa has a beautiful view on the sea, short way to the beach and it is only a view minutes away from Pafos. The pool and the house was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our time there and would come back the next time. Thank you, Pambos!

This villa is well located close to the beach and restaurants. It's very well equipped and stylish facility. It has pool and multiple terraces. The house was clean and cozy. The owner is a nice gentleman who was very helpful and responsive during our whole stay at Villa Athina. It was really a great stay. Thank you!

We had a perfect 7 days vacation as a couple. Great location close to the sea, amazing sunset view from the roof. Beautiful and warm design, that feels like home. Fully .equipped. !!! And the owner Pambos is super cool Highly recommended
