The Suits are on the main street. There is a bus stop to the airport a few metres from the hotel. They had helped us organize a trip to Etna which I recommend very much. The breakfast was good. There are 2 very delicious pastry shops next to the Etna Suits.

There is no lift but it is an old building so I understand this.

Good location, room was clean, mattress & cushion were very comfortable. Breakfast provided a wide range of choices. Staff were friendly & fluently communicating in English.

It appeared the room we were staying in required some attention to the following. 1) Toilet needed some effort to flush correctly, took some getting use too. 2) Fridge didn’t cool things adequately. We had the maintenance guy come around & did the best he could, so we needed to accept it. Breakfast room could do with a fixed aircon unit as it gets quite warm upstairs especially during the summer months. They tried to improvise with a portable, but couldn’t quite manage

The room was very big, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also very large. The breakfast hall has a beautiful view from the balcony. Breakfast was excellent, and the location couldn't be more centric in front of the city gardens. Bus stops are right there, as well as restaurants and activities. Attentive staff.

The property doesn't have an elevator. If you're not travelling light, you will have to carry everything up and down stairs. In my room, the air conditioning was giving me issues. The rooms are not soundproof, and unfortunately, you can hear guests and everything that happens in the hall, especially if there are rude guests not keeping it down.

Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Provided helpful notes on how to catch the shuttle bus from the airport and where to get off etc. Breakfast was delicious with a wide selection (best coffee as well).

I got 5 bites during the night, not sure what it is. Wasn’t mosquito bite bc it was on the leg.

End of the check-in at 19:00 is quite early, instructions followed through sms but I had to ask for them 3 times, the key was placed in the end in the wrong box and we had to call.

We were three with a grown up son. We got a large room with an elevated "bedroom". There was enough space for all of us. The staff was kind and super helpful with everything, The breakfast was nice, it was great to have some options that are not sweet.

The only thing is that our room was directly at the stairways, it had a metallic door - not soundproof at all. Unfortunately there are some other metallic doo. s in the building which generate great noise.

Breakfast is the best than any other hotel. Hotel staff are so friendly, I love this hotel.

The room is not clean. When I enter my room after check-in, there were already dirty with someone’s hair and dust;(

It is perfectly located, on via Etnea, near Bellini park, in a very safe area. The breakfast was good, salt and sweet, wonderful coffee and wonderful cannoli. It was clean.

The bathroom was a little shabby, the view to an interior court was not very nice. And no fresh air. To much room perfume… Very impersonal.

We didn't realize the reception was up 1 flight of stairs and the room was another 2 flight. Plus our bedroom was in a loft up yet another flight of stairs. Lots of stairs which wasn't quite explained on the website page.

Great location, spacious rooms, big bathrooms, excellent communication. The hotel arranged airport transfer for our group at very good price.

Choice of eggs for breakfast, only hard boiled eggs were available during our stay.

+ The thing I appreciate the most about this guesthouse is the staff - patient, friendly and very helpful. Special compliments to the gentleman who made me a great espresso every day! + Breakfast - for Italian standards (coffee + something sweet), this breakfast was EXCELLENT: 3 types of bread, fresh vegetables and fruits, yoghurts, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, muesli and breakfast cereals and an amazing selection of sweets (delicious canollo!) . And fantastic coffee! + Even though the guest house is located on one of the main streets of Catania and our room had windows facing this street, the room was very quiet thanks to the good soundproofing windows. + Comfortable beds with a soft mattress. + Daily cleaning of the room and change of towels (although the change of towels might not be every day, for ecological reasons - and all towels are changed, even those hung on hangers). + Fridge in the room. + Location by a nice park. + Possibility of self-checkin.
