I was travelling for 1 month and this was the best accommodation I’ve ever had! The room was amazing! it has all that you would ever need and more! the view is amazing. it’s clean and super safe and the location has close proximity to airport as well. The service of them was outstanding. specially the service of Carlos! He was amazing and fun and made my stay more comfortable, I did wish I could have stayed longer. definitely staying here again when I go back to Lisbon.

The view was breathtaking 😍 Furniture is high quality and the kitchen is spacious and is equipped with all the utensils, crockery and cutleries necessary. Bedrooms are comfy. Full apartment is equipped with Air conditioning.

The washroom could have been better if there were Shattaf facility rather than Bidet. Have to wait longer for hot water supply if the tap is switched off during bath.

The only morrow in the property is on the WC. Shower warm water not working properly, needed to wait about 7 to 10 minutes to warm up with risk to go back to cold water on the middle of the shower. Trash bin in the toilet is very small like in a doll world.

Has everything you need

Nice appartment had nice stay. good for kids. Need to walk a bit to Aquarium and other activities but worth it. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. All easiest and questions was quickly resolved by the staff. There is security at entrance and reception is just next doors in case you need anything. Regular cleaning is available as well. Everything is really good. Recommend. Only one suggestion please consider replacing carpets. The hair from it was everywhere stack to our close and could be a real problem for allergic people.

Lived for 2 months. Great location. Great view. Friendly staff. Wished me a Happy New Year. Quality cleaning. Concierge. Modern building. Close to the airport, lots of restaurants, fitness, embankment. Nice, modern neighborhood. The room was quiet, good wi-fi.

I encountered a cockroach twice. I made a video of it. For that kind of money it's not pleasant. For the last month he was gone.

My worst experience ever with this property. Very disappointed with everything that happened. First of all I arrive at 4pm for the check in and the receptionist (Victoria) took me and my friends to the apartment, when will got in the apartment, it was not clean yet and we have to leave the luggages inside and go out to wait for the cleaner to finish it. So We came back 1 hour later (around 5:20pm) and when up to the apartment, when we got in the apartment was wrong! So I had to call the receptionist and she told me that whoever booked me gave me the wrong apartment (I booked a two bed and the apartment was a one bed). So she told me to wait and after 15 mins she came over and moved us to the two bed apartment. We moved in to the right apartment around 5:45pm and I asked her for at least for us to check out one hour later next morning and she said that we couldn’t, that we had to check out by 11am. After this she said that was gonna see what she could do for us but never reach me back. So in the morning they start call me and text at 8:15am to warn me that I had to make sure to check out at 11am. And they came at 11am at the door rushing us to check out. So that was my worst experience with this unprofessional property. The apartment is really nice but unfortunately I had all this issue and until now I haven’t hear from them. So think wisely before booking with this property.

Spacious apartment. Clean and well equipped. Host is very responsive. The apartment was cleaned up every other day. Low noise level from the street. Location is great - next to the waterfront area that is packed with restaurants and cafes. There is 24/7 security at the entrance. There are taxis lined up infront of the building.. I will book there again for my next visit.
