We have stayed in numerous apartments in Spain and other countries using VRBO and other sites. This is by far the best apartment we have had. The description is very accurate. Wonderful central but quiet location. Very roomy with large windows, letting in lots of light. Ana, the host, is very accommodating and helpful. We will be back! We can't recommend it enough.

We were here right after Christmas Day through to almost 3 kings. It was a perfect location for everything we wanted to see and do. Relatively quiet plaza- beautiful bells, comfortable bed and well-appointed apartment. We felt secure and comfortable.

This lovely apartment is situated in the historical old town of Valencia with easy walking access to museums, shopping, cafes, and public transportation. The apartment is cozy yet spacious. We had everything we needed. Ana was a wonderful hostess! Thank you for sharing your accommodations with us. We had an amazing stay in Valencia!

The apartment is superb. We were met by Ana in the plaza and walked trough use of features. We found both the location and apartment quality outstanding. You will not find a better apartment anywhere. Bright, quiet, centrally located, surrounded by sights and restaurants. 😮

We enjoyed the central location right beside the cathedral. Even the small kitchen provided all we needed. A roomy apartment with a fast reacting air condition but a small bathroom provided enough space to avoid the spanish heat at noon time. Our next stay in Valencia will be definitely here.

If you use Ana's place, definitely try Paulu 11, just down the street past he Farmacia. Also Parroquia San Nicolas, not listed on any of the travel sights, but the most impressive church in the city, is only a five minute walk away. OK, so I am rattling on. The aparmtne is large, modern, extremely clean, and lis a corner unit, located so as to allow opening of the multiple double doors to the outside for cross ventilation. Rent it, enjoy it, and be assured you could not do better.

Everything was perfect. Ana met us at the taxi when we arrived to give us the keys. The communication worked very well. She showed us through the apartment and how to use all the features. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was great. She gave us some brilliant restaurant suggestions. The apartment location was in a courtyard next to the cathedral with some restaurants. We did have some church bells during the daytime to create a great atmosphere. The street noise at night was minimal. And the insulation on the windows also meant the noise was reduced. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here comfortably for one week. The apartment offers everything you need and was very clean. It is a fantastic location just around the corner of the cathedral. La Plaza de la Reina and la plaza de la virgin are also really close. In addition, it is just a short walk to get to the famous Turia Park. It was simple and pleasant to discover Valencia by foot from the apartment. Ana is a great host, she really helped us by giving us some great suggestions for places to go to for each culinary specialty.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist 1A - gegenüber liegt das erzbischöfliche Palais, auf der anderen Seite ein schöner Platz mit Restaurant, in dem wir zwei Abende verbracht haben. Trotz der Nähe zur Kathedrale ist es ruhig, alles haben wir zu Fuß erreichen können. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin lief ohne Probleme - sie war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns auch noch das Taxi zum Flughafen bestellt. Fazit: Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswerte Wohnung, die wir jederzeit wieder anmieten würden.

Ana, the property owner, speaks very good English and is easy to deal with. Veronica, the cleaner, speaks less English but makes up for it with her humour 😊 The property is bright and modern and in the perfect location to easily walk to all attractions in the old centre if Valencia. It is very nice to look down onto the square below from the first floor position.

We stayed in this lovely apartment for several weeks and were completely satisfied with it. The apartment is roomy with lots of big windows to let the sun in (and blinds to keep the sun out in the heat of the day). Although the kitchen and bathroom are small, they are well equipped with good appliances including a washing machine. The location is incredible--on a quiet pedestrianized square right next to the cathedral, with gorgeous views. The building is quiet. The bed is comfortable. The only disappointment was that it's not a great place to work; there's no desk to work at (only the kitchen table), and the wifi service is quite weak;. Fortunately for us we had other options for internet access, since we both had work we had to do while we were here. But for a vacation stay, we would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay for Las Fallas. the apartment is steps from the main cathedral in a great part of town. Ana was very helpful with any questions we had.

Ana is super responsive to any question or need, very kind and lovely. Apartment had everything one needs for a quiet, very clean and modern flat in the heart of the historic center of Valencia. Highly recommend!

Durch die bodentiefen Fenster drang von draußen der Duft der Orangenblüten. Alles war hell, stilvoll und praktisch eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Vor der Tür das pulsierende Leben und die Altstadt nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Dennoch eine ruhige Umgebung inmitten einer großen Fußgängerzone. Auch das Haus sehr gepflegt mit angenehmen Bewohnern. Eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin, die sich viel Zeit nahm, uns alles zu erklären und zwischendurch nachfragte, ob alles in Ordnung war. Kurzum: ein wunderbarer Kurzurlaub, der leider viel zu schnell vorüberging!

This apartment is amazing. We loved it. It is on the first floor overlooking a quiet plaza, but within walking distance of most of the things you want to see. The apartment has five ceiling to floor windows. When they are open you feel like you are part of the plaza, but when they are closed and the blinds are drawn it is quiet. The apartment is very comfortable and functional. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this apartment. We did not want to leave.

This suite really was fantastic! We were met in the plaza outside by Ana's friend Sonia, who gave us a friendly and thorough tour of the unit. The moment she opened the door into the unit, we were blown away! The place is huge - we could literally live there. It has beautiful hardwood floors, very nice furniture and modern appliances, and is spotlessly clean. There are very nice decorative touches like the bookcases stocked with books, and accent lighting. We appreciated having the pods and sugar supplied for the Nespresso coffee machine, and the washing machine worked very well. This is a corner unit, so there is excellent natural lighting and there are also very good blinds to keep the place dark and cool during the day. The view across the plaza is awesome. We felt like royalty as we stood on the little balcony watching the people walk by below. The building is very secure and quiet but we were within a 2 or 3 minute walk to a bustling restaurant zone, with lots of good patisserias and tapas bars. Ana was prompt, very friendly and helpful with any queries we had. We loved Valencia and this unit was a big part of it. Appartement très agréable et particulièrement bien situé. Excellent !

This was a very nice, clean and sober apartment that i can recommend to anyone visiting Valencia. It has wifi (but no pc/printer for your printed check-in), washing machine, tiny tv (with only local stations), stereo with bluetooth, airco and a small but convenient kitchen albeit the extractor hood was not hooked up... but with the plethora of cozy restaurants around every corner, who needs to cook anyway? There is also a decent (cup style) espresso machine with cups provided by the owner for quick cup of coffee. It also has very big door-style windows with tiny balcony from wich you can enjoy the awesome view onto the square and beautiful medieval architecture on the other side. Better still is the location right at a very nice square. Next to this square is the plaza de la Virgin with its nice fountain and tiny cute park. Basically everything you could wish for is right there at a stones-throw away, even a small supermarket and bike rental and all the beautiful ancient buildings, churches, museums and not to mention all the restaurants and markets. Make sure to get a bike and take a tour through the drained river that's practically around the corner to enjoy the serenity of the parks in it and awesome opera building. Even the beach is reachable going this way at 15 - 20 minutes biking tops. Only thing the owner could improve on is the perhaps removing the harsh classroom style tube lights hanging from the ceiling. An other thing was that the owner (who is a lovely lady by the way and very helpful) when showing the apartment kept stressing that we had to be really quiet so we hardly dared to put on the radio. Not sure what is up with that. Also note that although there is a double bed and a sleeping sofa the owner does not allow for more than 2 people to stay at the apartment and you need to be 30 years or older. Besides this little side note we had an utterly awesome time staying here and you'd be lucky to get to rent it.

Wir waren eine Woche in Valencia und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten überall in der Innenstadt und dennoch ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Ana ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin. Sie hat die Wohnung sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht an Geschirr, Nespresso Maschine etc. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Alles war perfekt und unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

If you are thinking about visiting Valencia then you must book to stay in this beautifully appointed and well equipped apartment. It's spacious and comfortable, really sunny and light and also unbelievably well located. It's in the heart of the historic centre but in a quiet square just far enough away from the crowds. Also having good restaurants literally on the door step is a real plus. Ana the owner is delightful and warmly greeted us on our arrival. She's very easy to correspond with and always helpful and quick to reply to messages. We enjoyed Valencia and if we were to return we wouldn't hesitate to stay here, it's a real gem.

Ana's 800 sq. ft. apartment in the heart of Valencia's historic district is amazing !!! My wife and myself spent 7 nights here and will look forward to returning. Ana warmly greeted us and gave us some very resourceful information for our first vacation in Spain. Her gracious and professional owner/manager style made us feel welcome immediately. This beautiful apartment is situated in a picturesque square in the shadows of the cathedral. Close to everything, but secluded and quiet. The apartment is sparkling clean, quiet and spacious. Ana the proprietor is gracious, eager to be of assistance and prompt in all her replies. We found Valencia to exceed our expectations at every step.
