The AC was very good, one in each room.

The bathrooms were very bad, water was pouring and the shower headset were not standing on their supports. All the furnitures were working bad. And the most annoying thing was that they we had some bad neighbours in one night. Partying and singing and making a lot of noise.

The stairs, the apartment is on a 4th floor, no elevator I have a 10 mo old baby, getting in and out with all his stuff, plus stroller was awful it ruined our willingness to get out and get to know the city just the thought of the stairs and the hassle. We are a family of 5, plus,we are traveling with my mom, who is 70 years old so it was no picnic. When I requested a crib we should have been told about those brutal stairs because that apartmentis no place for a baby. We travel with 4 suitcases, a stroller and 4 backpacks, to bring all that stuff up and down was awful. One of the bathrooms was clogged and it has the most dangerous bathtub that I ever seen, siriusly dangerous. It is super high with no step to get in or out. It is not for the elderly or the kids my son trip and fall and almost ended up in the ER, Thank God my mom catch him so he didn't hit his head in the floor. The other bathroom couldn't be use because the shower leaked all water to the floor, also dangerous for slip and fall and plus the hassle to clean all that water after each bath. So we were 5 adults and 3 kids that basically have to use one bathroom to wash our teeth and another to take a shower. The espresso machine was broken. The door to one room would make a loud noise, we had to fix it ourselves by adding olive oil to the hinges so that they wouldn't make so much noise. There were party teenagers in the apartment next to ours that would stay late talking loud, drinking and listening to music so they wake up.my mom. I can continue... I have more stuff to describe like for instance, the cleaning lady was so rude, treating us like we were bothering her with all our complaints.

There was not sufficient hot water and we could not take a hot shower. The property managers did not even reply… On top of that , I think there was some kind of bedbugs as I woke up all biten.

The property had everything we needed. The kitchen had all of the supplies we needed, so we were able to make breakfast and store some snacks for our brief 2-day stay. It was a clean, cozy apartment that easily accommodate 4 college girls (2 on the full bed, 2 on the sofa bed).

We had a lot of trouble unlocking the apartment door one night. For some reason, the app seemed to be working, but the knob itself would not turn. However, the property manager was so helpful! We called and he came and unlocked it for us right away. That was the only problem we had, so if you have trouble with doorknobs and keys, be aware that it is digital and the mechanisms are a little tricky.

lots of photoshop was made to the pictures posted on Booking, the flat is super old and falling apart , we found lots of bugs when we checked in and no lift and no parking as indicated in the post.

Great apartment! It has four rooms and all the rooms are big. And the location is good, close to the beach. The nights are quiet. We had great two-nights stay with my kids and my parents which are four adults and two kids. Highly recommended!

Bright, spacious apartment, four good sized bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and great coffee machine. Could do with kettle and took a long time to cook anything on the electric hob. Brilliant location to beach, port and metro / tram to city. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Supermarket 3 minute walk around the corner.

Shower door is broken resulting in water leaking on floor. Woken Friday, Saturday and Sunday by music at 3 and 4 in the morning. Not sure if flat above or if it was a nearby bar.

The apartment was well equipped and the inside space was as pictured in the photos.

The apartment had very nice large windows and we were on the back side of the building (potentially quieter), but we looked at a neighboring wall 2 meters away. This was not in the photos of the apartment. Not a huge disadvantage if you are not spending a lot of time in the apartment, but would have been nice to know ahead of time with representative photos.

Room was clean

service was AWFUL, couldn’t speak with anyone when we had trouble getting access. it seemed to be all robotic. The advertisement mentioned a patio/balcony and that was completely misleading. I’ll attach pictures for reference. It was a nightmare to try to access with not much help. wouldn’t recommend this place and I’m looking for a refund.

Good location (close to the marina), comfortable apartment for 8 people with 4 independent bedrooms.

No basic equipment such as kettle, kitchen knife etc.
