proximity to the beach was excellent. The distance away from the town perfect. Close but not too close and with the free bus service no problem at all. The staff were all incredibly friendly as well.

if I had a criticism at all it would be the lack of variety at breakfast but I was there for two weeks so completely understandable.

This is a very good hotel. It is idealy locacted right on the beach and has every thing you require within less than a kilometer.

Nice pool, very good Bungalows with sea view. The hotel owns a own beach and pool which was the main reason for our stay. If you’re looking for some relaxing days it is perfect. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Pool is clean but should be cleaned more frequently.

Location was perfect, directly on the beach and a short walk to bars, restaurants and a big supermarket. Big swimming pool in case you didn't want to swim in the sea. They, also, have a beach bar/restaurant with great cocktails. The room was spotlessly clean and we were given fresh towels and water every day. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and worked from early morning 'til night. A special mention to Phuyng (sorry about the spelling!) and Khai who served us tirelessly and always with a smile. Breakfast was included in the price of our room which was really good. The buffet had Asian and Western options and the lovely lady there made up eggs and bacon to order as well as Pho.

Nothing really...the only thing, maybe, would be to make breakfast 7.00 'til 10.00 instead of 9.00 because the cocktails were so good it made it difficult to get up early a few mornings!😄

Good sized clean rooms. Fantastic sunset views if booking sea view rooms. Staff always helpful and pleasant (helped us arrange local trips and airport transport). Swimming pool very clean and perfect water temperature. Breakfast had plenty of options for all tastes

Close to restaurants along the beach, up the lane or on the main road. Big rooms, very clean and very helpful staff. Breakfast was great too.

Noisy other guests who slam doors and yell to each other in the hallways.

Maybe the road to the hotel could be cleaned up as it didnt help the welcome with upturned dustbin spilled over the road for the whole week with nobody clearing up the mess, but no fault of the hotel

Fantastic 9 days spent here. The staff were so nice and friendly. We stayed over christmas and the family, on christmas eve, invited all the guests to dine with them and what a magnificent spread they gave us! Would recommend wholeheartedly and will DEFINATELY be going back to stay again. 10 out of 10 all round.

Amazing location right on the beach, everywhere restaurants and shops. you can rent motos on the spot, laundry as well, get a car. They were super friendly and helpful from the beginning till the very end! they are working crazy hours and still smiling all the time. they provide SUP and canoes, yummie juices and their cooking is just delicious! thank you!

Receptionist Huong was amazing, he was so helpful and polite. The hotel in geral was nice and big rooms. we had sea view and it was amazing. Beach was nice and there was lot of place and the restaurant was also good and the quality of food

Breakfast wasnt that good. The food which was supposed to stay in cold were laying in the warm many hours. We could also hear all the noises in our room and there was quite a lot noises middle of the night

wow! an absolutely amazing stay at Phuong Binh House! a stunning hotel right on the beach, lovely clean rooms - we had a sea view which was stunning. the pool was lovely and the deckchairs on the beach were fab, a really lovely family run place to stay, very friendly and helpful people. the on site restaurant was also really nice and affordable.

The location was perfect, you are in the middle of the island so it allows you to travel very easy to the nothern part and also rhe southern side. You have the beach just right in front of you, amazing sunsets and the downtown is like 10 mins walk with very good restaurants and supermarkets

The wifi is not the best and the last day it was not working at all. The communication with the hotel was really bad through booking as they didn't answer our messages. The beach was really dirty full with garbage.
