The comms where very clear about picking up the keys and the information about tourism tax was good also.

Views in other properties are better but for the money it was fine

Well situated within easy walking distance of supermarket, restaurants and Arosa village Use of laundry facilities, although you can’t just use the laundry whenever. You must put your name down on a time sheet to reserve use of the laundry

Nothing really. Could perhaps do with an update to furnishings. Some information in the apartment about use of laundry, recycling and local restaurants etc would be good.

I guess ski-in/ski-out is only for cross-country skiing, not downhill.

The service was excellent, from the beginning to the end! Everything worked out so smoothly and good. They helped us even with leaving our stuff till we had the train at lunch time. We had a wonderful time in arosa!

The apartment is fairly central. It was a couple of minutes from a COOP and about 10 minutes walk from the lifts and train station. There is a bus stop a very short walk from the apartment, so if we had wanted we could have used that as our ski passes included the buses. The shower is lovely, the power of the shower and the hot water was perfect. In fact the apartment was lovely and warm

The walls of the apartment allowed noise from other apartments and the stairwell to be heard. But most of the time it was quiet. We were here over New Year, and there was a lot of noise in the stairwell, but it didn't last long.
