Location was excellent
Rooms are the smallest we’ve ever experienced, there was no room for our suitcases , no draws, no play to unpack. The breakfast was of less than average quality

I am absolutely delighted to share my experience at the Onomo Hotel in Rabat, which exceeded my expectations, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Nadine and her exceptional team. Upon receiving only three hours' notice that our stay coincided with my wife's birthday, Nadine swiftly and thoughtfully decorated our room to mark the special occasion, which contributed significantly to our memorable visit.
The immaculate room we stayed in boasted a stunning city view, particularly breathtaking from the fourth floor. Although the lively bar upstairs was a bit noisy at times, it quieted down by midnight, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
One of the hotel's most striking features is its prime location. Situated right next to the train station and just a two-minute walk from the local tram, it offers unparalleled convenience for exploring the city. Moreover, the king's palace and numerous museums are within easy walking distance, making it an ideal base for sightseeing.
However, what truly sets the Onomo Hotel apart is the exceptional staff. Nadine, Sayeed, and their colleagues, who work in various departments including the front office, canteen, room service, and the restaurant on the 5th floor, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their invaluable guidance on local attractions and insider tips made our visit to Rabat all the more special.
While the breakfast selection may not have been extensive, the omelette was simply delectable and left us more than satisfied. We are deeply grateful for the warm hospitality, top-notch service, and personalized touches provided by the Onomo Hotel team. It is, without a doubt, an experience we will fondly remember and highly recommend to others.

The location is absolutely brilliant. It is close to the shops, Souk and to restaurants.

There is no information about kids having to pay extra at the hotel when all the payments had been completed via the online booking.com website. Ended up paying 500 dirham is a con.
I would not recommend this hotel at all. Service was terrible.

The receptionist was terrible
We got charged 500 dirhams for children breakfast and taxed the kids when it's clear the kids don't play tax.
Absolutely awful customer service from the lady omima and the manager. Would not recommend this hotel at all.
